Boat docks just after midnight: MR.NEGATIVEMr.Negative waits five or more minutes his people don't show. He quickly moves over to dock three. Camera five was still out. Mr. Negative finds some corrupt cops and vigilantes trying to steal a weapons cache. He drops down in between about twenty men. One of the corrupt cops immediately pisses himself cause he has seen some of Mr. Negative's kills. " Fear, This is what your thinking right now. You could have worked from me. Actually, some of you have worked for me. And you go and try and steal from me." Mr. Negative pulls a bright negative energy sword out of nowhere with a vibrant black glow. The group begins shooting at him as he blocks the bullets with his sword slicing some of the bullets in half. Then he decapitates two of the men almost immediately. He twists and turns and four more men drop to their knees, as their intestines start falling out were the stomachs were slit. The rest of the guys stop shooting and start running. "Why did you run? Run... you can't run from me. Why so negative?" He rounds up most of them that are left punching through a chest cavity of one of the men with crimson blood dripping off his negative color hands. A heart stops bleeding in his hand. He quickly slices up the rest of the men all but one. He turns to one of his informants that pissed his pants. He gets ready to toss the heart in his hands. "Detective Smith, you failed me. You are pathetic here have a heart. Now go and tell your story. This is going to be noticed, we must prepare as the rest of the ships arrive. You owe me big now."

Iron Fist put his hand up to the Porcupine and shook his head. It was a non-verbal to go into detail concerning Daredevil's experience with Wilson Fisk. Daredevil shook his head, putting a hand behind his neck. Danny meant well, but... The truth was the way to go here. He sighed. "The building is off the grid with the generator on Sub-Basement One. Once you shut that down, the building goes under complete lockdown with trap seal doors tough enough to keep Spider-Man contained. He also counts on the backup generator on the fourth floor along with the lights going out in case I pay him a visit by scaling the building and then giving his guards all kinds of trouble. In a warzone, he'll likely be fully armed with Black Market concealed tech, one or two military grade firearms, nanoweave armoring in his suits on par with my outfit and even if you take that away, you can ask him just what he can do to a superhuman body," he said jutting his thumb over his shoulder towards the wallcrawler. "So what, stealth approach is out?" asked Luke. Daredevil shook his head slightly. "Not exactly; see the doors might be able to keep out SPIDER-MAN on his own..." said Daredevil, and Luke caught on. "But the Power Family not so much," said Jessica. Luke pounded his fist together. "Fist, with Spidey: Standard obvious distraction, draw them away from the gate, but limit your engagement. Regroup when you get free. Porcupine... With me," he said, though his tone was more than just giving direction. The kid held his own, and did a good job with what he had left, but this was the Kingpin and he was a criminal; in Hell, deals with the Devil were commonplace to survive; he prayed he was the only Devil left to be found here. NOTE: Rift, take over temp on Iron Fist if you can!

Whoever is first in the field and awaits the coming of the enemy, will be fresh for the fight; whoever is second in the field and has to hasten to battle will arrive exhausted. Therefore the clever combatant imposes his will on the enemy, but does not allow the enemy's will to be imposed on him. By holding out advantages to him, he can cause the enemy to approach of his own accord; or, by inflicting damage, he can make it impossible for the enemy to draw near. - Sun Tzu, the Art of War They would come. Of course they would come. As sure as the sun will rise and the moon will fall, they would come. The Kingpin would be ready. He would be ready to throw their corpses from his roof. A lesser man might need to psych himself up for an encounter such as this. The prospect of facing off against two of his most insufferably persistent foes would be too much. A lesser man would crack. He would crumble. Fisk did not have time for such foolishness. An internal pep talk might cloud his mind. It would make him weak. He would echo the sentiment of Zapata. He would die standing against this current before he would capitulate to the whims of others. Everywhere and everything here was a trap. There were traps in plain view and expertly concealed. It was a necessity. He dealt daily with sonar vision and Spider-Sense. He dealt with pumpkin bombs and old-fashioned wire taps. The man who did not use everything he had lost the war. Sentimentality and compunctions were for the men whose necks were stomped on by the victor. The first of these traps was within an inch of his thumb. His staff was currently equipped with a devise designed to cut through the defenses of both of his most implacable foes. A pulse at a pitch outside of most men's hearing but meant to cause agony to those with superhuman senses. This was not some final weapon to use when it was time to gloat. He was not in that sort of position. He would use it before they saw it coming and then beat each man until his cane was shattered against their splintered skulls.

Roger listened to Daredevil's words on Fisk, like he was memorizing a presentation at an office job or a school lecture. However when Daredevil declared for Porc to buddy up with him Roger was a bit taken back in surprise "Really? I mean sure! Just let me finish up a couple of last minute tinkers to my suit. Should only take a minute!"
Roger rushed over to his suit, visibly excited at Daredevil seemingly thinking that he had the chops to be his backup, as he fiddled around the suit with some of the tech he and spiderman brought back. "Let's see...Well I'm no genius, but if my engineering is as good as I tend to think then this gear should let me ricochet certain quills off walls and such. Could come in handy if we need to surprise someone" he said, finishing up the last minute adjustments before suiting up "Alright, ready. Just lead the way Double D!"

Iron Fist looked at Daredevil. He wasn't being used a distraction. When Iron Fist could have been paired up with Luke and taken out the Power Generator. As both their skills would have been utilized properly. And Spidey is more then willing to handle those men by him selves. The partners and pairs wasn't the best choice Daredevil could have came up with. However, it was suffice enough. Danny wasn't going to moan and groan with that. "Spider-man. Let's get going. You draw them out, and I'll just lead the way, lure them in and then you can you use your webs, to trap them? Yes?" he said with, that being said, Danny god his two pistols, and strapped them on, his long katana on his back. Danny was geared to the Teeth. He didn't plan on using any of his powers to take Normal people out, all he needed is his fists. But if he needed to cut something he had his Sword. Or shoot a lever he had his Guns.
(Taken over as Iron Fist from a Promise a long time Ago I made with Web, year ago. And Uhh, <3 Much love.)

Spidey nodded at Daredevil and flashed a thumbs up to Fist. "Distraction is my middle name. Trust me, if anyone can get a rise out of Tubby McTuberson and his goons it's me," Spidey said as he webbed off to enact the plan. "And I have the Hugger of Dragons with me, so this should be a piece of cake."A short distance away he perched on the side of a building, readjusted the strength of his webshooters, and began firing off small balls of webbing. They struck a number of the gate guards, hard enough to be annoying especially given their adhesive nature, but hardly a threat. Eat your heart out Flash!" he thought, remembering the number of times his high school bully had used spitballs in a similar maneuver. "Ahoy hoy!" Spidey called out at the annoyed guards. "I was in the neighborhood beating up gangsters, drug dealers, and general malcontents. You know spinning webs, cathcing them like flies? Kind of my thing. Anyway... I was wondering if I could speak to the crimelord of the house? It's such a lovely evening for a smackdown. And make note that I said smackdown not SNACKdown. Big Boy stuffs his face enough as is."The guards opened fire in his direction causing Spidey to flip between blasts, chatting away the whole time. "Kiiiiiiiingpiiiiiiiiin! Come out and plaaaayaayayayyy!" he shouted. Wonder if those mooks are even old enough to know a Warriors reference when they hear it? he wondered. Gracefully flipping through lines of fire he did as Daredevil requested and kept engagement to a minimum, the occasional webline yanking high-tech rifles out of thug hands and little else. Thankful his black suit blended in with the shadows he quiestly made his way to the opposite end of the gate and fired a glob of impact webbing at what looked like a higher ranking guards, the sphere expanding rapidly around the man's head. "OVER HERE!" he shouted, affecting his best C-3PO voice. "I say, are you looking for me?"This time the shots came closer, even his spider-sense barely keeping him out of danger. "Such anger! You'd think you guys would be happier. I mean you are the lucky ones. Poppin' Fresh hasn't eaten you yet!"C'mon Danny! Let's see your Distract-Fu skills. Spidey thought.

At the Boat Dock after midnight: MR.NEGATIVEMr. Negative stands proud over the dead combatants. He walks over to some severed heads and picks up a detectives head setting it down were he is preparing to do a live feed. More police began to show up having a shootout with one of the Inner Demons and a small group of triads, they keep them at bay. "Will somebody clean up this mess. How pathetic, you see those corrupt cops were no match for me. Where there is no vision, there is no hope. The sometimes useless affirmation is without discipline it is ineffective, the beginning of a delusion." Mr. Negative walks over and picks up a head. He gestures for one of his men to begin filming on a live youtube channel. "Don't waste your time coming after me, this will be your fate. Much like these cops you will all fail. Now surrender the city to me or there will be bloodshed, a war like no other. Your so called heroes Spider-Man, Daredevil and the rest of those vigilantes bring it. I'm not hiding, just waiting. Time for no more games you want me come get me, I'm at the boat docks with a small army."

With Peter and Danny headed off and drawing the bulk of the forces away, he snuck off the back and cycled around, feeling the rest of the team behind him. With help, and a few super leaps, they made it in less than thirty seconds. Cage and Jess took out a door, which immediately triggered the security alert; to Fisk's credit, he was prepared for war as the floor began to shut down. "Good luck," said Daredevil. "Save it; you'll need it more than we do, man," said Luke with a mild nod. Jess gave Matt a punch in the shoulder and then the Cage family entered. It didn't take long til he heard some smashing even amongst the gunfire in the distance from the distraction and the burning mortar filling his nostrils. He turned to Porcupine and pointed up. "Use your thrusters to get to the floor directly below the penthouse. There's a crevasse you can perch on for surprise. Ten minutes, then rush his office. Go," he said and then took his own familiar way up to the penthouse. A minute thirty. The first checkpoint. He waited for the traps to go off, but they didn't come. He felt a bit strained, but he was feeling better than he had in a week. Four minutes.
He reached the vent. Second trap. He felt the building shake slightly from inside. No booby trap. Lucky. He crawled in and followed the familiar path. Nine minutes.
He was already behind the Kingpin, waiting patiently. "We need to talk," he said simply.

Ne ego si iterum eodem modo uicero, sine ullo milite Epirum reuertar. [Another such victory and I come back to Epirus alone.] - Pyrrhus of Epirus The mountain of a man did not turn. All that Daredevil saw, in a manner of speaking, was the back of a round shaven head that eventually blended into a well-tailored crisp, white suit. "Are you here alone, or did you bring back up?" He was calm. He was cool. He was collected. Even if it was Daredevil who had gotten the drop on Kingpin, the master criminal still behaved as the spider who had caught a fly in his web.Of course he did. He was a man of remarkable calm when he needed to be and a man of remarkable deceit when he wanted to be. It was a matter of survival. So many tried to tear him down that he could not help but be the man who clawed out the eyes of any would-be usurper of his position, who broke the necks of any would-be threat to his power. The Kingpin tapped his cane to the ground, moving it against the tigerwood floor. Klang. His thumb slide across a particular part of the cane and pressed down a moment later. Click. Kingpin was a man who fought against a pair of foes with superhuman senses. He used that to his advantage. While the subsonic auditory shotgun that was now emitting endlessly from somewhere in the ceiling would not even phase someone like Iron Fist, like Black Cat, or any number of his worst foes' associates, the Kingpin didn't care. He knew damn well what it would probably do to the likes of Spider-Man or Daredevil and that was all that mattered. KRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRN-KRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRN-KRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRN! It could be fought through, sure. It, like anything could be overcome. It could be overcome the same way that one could still try to fight after being mauled by a bear or run over by the city bus. After a few moments of agony, Fisk again pressed the button ending the sonic onslaught. "That was a reminder, Daredevil, you are in my office. My domain. I hold all the cards here. Which brings me to the elephant in the room. Why are you here?"

It only took a second, and lasted for only twice that, but the pain from the sonic emitters that flared up all over the room brought the Man Without Fear to his knees, desperately trying to cover his ears from the pain. They subsided but he could feel the ringing linger, his equilibrium shot, his heart rate spiked from the adrenaline. "Three weeks, Wilson; you know exactly why I'm here," said Daredevil, who managed to get to a knee and begin to stagger up to his feet.
"Three weeks in your desperate need to control the outcomes and you let three upstarts turn this entire city into a flaming crater! But it looks like I'm not the only one past talking, aren't I?" he spat, his breath and heart rate returning to normal. Ten minutes."However, you're right about some things, Wilson: One, you hold all the cards; except the trump cards required to win, that's why Mister Negative has taken over the entire Eastern quarter from you. And to answer your other question..."He heard glass shatter. "No, I didn't come alone..."

"Someone call for backup?" *shouted Porcupine as he flew through the window, landing nearby Daredevil as he fired a barrage of liquid cement, aiming down at Fisk's feet while also looking over at Daredevil "You alright DD?" asked Porc in concern, noticing how disoriented the hero seemed before turning his attention back to Fisk. Read to react if the cement failed.
"I get the feeling it's in our best interest if this is out of commission" Said Roger, charging up his gloves and quills with electricity as he reached for Fisk's cane, attempting to fry it before he could spring any more traps. In the worst case scenario however, he was at least giving Daredevil some time to recover from Fisk's sonic attack. That was all he could truly ask for at the current moment, he had never gone up against someone of Fisk's stature before, and was mostly following what he had seen other heroes do.

Fisty, made his way following Spider Man. Honestly he found the kid annoying not in a bad way. But his jokes made his head pound as if Nails were being drills into his head in slow time motivating motion. His jokes were so bad. That the Monks themselves were the funniest people on the planet. No, that was pushing it extremely too far. He shook his head and sighed to himself very slowly. "Spidey. You know the deal right? We are a Direction. We are not to engage the enemy." he said. He doubted Spidey would listen. He was a Wild Card. Fisty just evaded the thugs, and Followed Spidey. This soo fell apart from his code of conduct about fighting and all that. He would rather fight then to run. When these thugs were extremely weak. He maybe understood that fighting them would not be necessity. and they were just a distraction for Daredevil to handle the real threat.

"How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations!" Isaiah 14:12 The Kingpin rolled his neck to the right and left with a creak and a crack. "You – you must be a truly desperate man. You barely have allies to speak of beyond a ghost who constantly double-crosses you most of the time and now you turn to him in your hour of need? A washed up former henchman of Captain America is not quite the cavalry that your dramatic pause would have me expecting. The Punisher or the Spider-Man, perhaps. But this man? Hrm. They have it backwards: I am the man without anything to fear."His boasts did not address Daredevil's own commentary, particularly that Mister Negative had indeed made enough inroads to further the Kingpin's own plan. At least, that would be his particular spin had he cared to make it. It also did not address the very real possibility that Spider-Man was in on this as well. But, sometimes a feint was necessary. What was this? He truly had a discount Spider-Man on his hands, it seemed, trying to bind his feet. No matter. Kingpin would get out of this substance the same way he got out of Spider-Man's webbing: brute force. His trusted cane was the source of this. It led out a more focused sonic pulse. Any discomfort felt by the Devil of Hell's Kitchen from this was merely a fringe benefit. Its purpose was to bore through the concrete-like hardness that was forming around his legs. Another trick, quite unlike what the Wallcrawler had in his arsenal, was deployed against the Kingpin. He had anticipated many things. The electrical blast was one of the few he hadn't specifically planned for. No matter. While most of the gadgets and gizmos were gone from the cane, he could still use it to bash Porcupine's skull until there was nothing left screaming. Sometimes the old ways were best.

Fisk was trying to break loose from Porcupine's little trap until his cane was disabled. And he was distracted. Daredevil shook his head from the sharp whine and then leaped into action, taking advantage of Fisk's torn attention. Firing his cable club combination to try and bat aside Fisk's broken cane, he followed through raised his knee and followed through, crawling onto his back to try and garote the big man. Kingpin would get out of his concrete sneakers eventually but even at full strength, and Fisk had quite the strength, he's been felled more than once by the real Man Without Fear. Both were ragged, both were worn, but both stood in this war. "You know as well as I do I'm not the only one with strange bedfellows, Wilson; trying to broker deals with the costumed clientele to get a leg up before Castle's resistance guns your ground forces into the sewers? Like they did to the Hood? Holed up here as a place you claim to be your city turns to ash with no means to rebuild? How many more have to suffer before you get it through your thick skull!?"JaymiGrandore@phayd ((OOC: You three are all getting tagged because your toons are in Hellzone and I'd like to see this done and work together as the full Defenders.))

"You're blind, Devil!" The Kingpin laughed. His massive legs and the sonic pulse of his cane finally having worked the liquid cement enough and with a rare, prodigious, and almost animal growl from the man, he broke free the bindings. The moment he took to free himself was enough of a distraction as the cable club fired from Daredevil found its intended target, sending the damaged cane from Fisk's grasp and skittering across the floor. "The fire here will cleanse the infestation," the Kingpin boomed, voice full of barely contained rage and power. "My city will grow from the ashes! The rightful caretaker will be back! The city will be in the right hands once more and you and your ilk will thank me for this!" He raised his arms up, attempting to grasp his enemy's own hands as the Devil slipped the wire over his head. Intent to hold on to his foe, he moved his bulk towards Porcupine, his massive weight turning faster than he should at the last moment to bring his weight, along with the man on his back down on the prickly Defender.
