"Better be scared, Better be afraid Now that the beast is out of her cage and I know you wanna risk it"
As Foggy kept into his statements with precise, pinpointed bull item items regarding the case Jen tilted her head. This was indeed a first. Literally he seemed more stable, and on even keel with a Hulk in the room as opposed to the threat of a Hulk in the room, that was a new one. However to the points at hand the easy smile betrayed the sharp analytical gaze of the Lawyer that lay within.
“If you are positing Tower is playing dirty I would advise your colleague to warn you about working form that frame of reference without very solid proof. I sounds as if you are implying there is a motivation here that supersedes or supplants the will of the people.” The playful demeanor dropped like a stone, she had only worked on Towers office a short time but knew the man and his wife. While hardly one to struggle up from the Kitchen or Red Hook they were as far as she knew, good people.
The look she offered at the mere implication might offer consideration of how wise it was to want the Hulk within her to sit in on this little round table. “If you have knowledge of any of those others involved then I strongly suggest it be offered so the case can be adjudicated quickly, if not anyone can say “why not fire lord” he has a flaming stick. If you are offering the state has not done its diligence with forensics we can certainly take a look at that.” She then leaned across the desk eyes hard and direct as humanly possible. “Suggesting the district attorney is not acting in good faith or with the interests of the people is a very, very iffy slope Mr. Nelson.”
She caught out of the corner of her eye Murdochs reaction, she pivoted her gaze that way. “You ok over there counselor??” "Your Honor, permission to treat the witness as Hostile?"

Matt barely had a second's warning to dive and kick Foggy's chair at the right angle to shield from the surging explosion that came through the south-by-southwest window that happened to face their immediate left with a violent CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASHWisps of electricity whipped and coiled around the immediate vicinity to whatever conducted it as Matt had to keep the blind man's routine up. Foggy, however, after the smoke settled and realized what the hell happened, his eyes widened. "THE EEL!?" he cried, to which the Eel gave a snort in response. "Glad my reputation preceeds me. Figured I'd interrupt this legal shindig before my people start losing money," he said before rifling another bolt directly at the lawyers and try to force the big threat - the incredibly annoying She-Hulk - to stand between them and with any luck, the ricocheting blast will end up hitting everyone anyways. Matt was quick to pull Foggy down once again as the electricity went off. He fought the Eel once before when he tried to join the New Enforcers, and thus knew how to deal with him. If only he could change into Daredevil. Luckily he kept his suit accessories in the briefcase this time...

"Better be scared, Better be afraid Now that the beast is out of her cage and I know you wanna risk it"
The explosion had indeed caught her off guard as the glass and frame shattered under the blast and ignited shrapnel that flew inward at the assembled legal council. Training however, was training and she was hardly a rookie as her fist impulse was to shield as best she could those vulnerable in the office.
Granted it left the expensive suit in tatters from the shards and charred sil- but she had to not only stop this lunatic, but also help Matt keep his cover.. An Alter ego was, an annoying game luckily she herself declined to participate in since the old savage days.
"Eel, nice- love the purple blue is trying to hard... you are punching above your weight limit with this y'know." It was clear she meant it to, despite the jovial banter and playful tone the very observant would see the Hulk Narrow her eyes, it was at last- wonderfully very physical playtime. "But hey, thanks I needed this, I'll be sure they serve the good soup while you're in prison Hospital chuckles."
The move, very swift and very full contact brutal with a mid center of body clothesline.. she doubted Eel boy could take a direct punch, but she wanted to hurt locker him real quick, and flash to buy Murdoch his time.
There was mere moments for the villain to gather his thoughts, that soon after the charming witty exchange and the Hulk was on him, right out through the window, the goal..buy Matt the to put in the devils suit- he was to Jennifer a very different person in and out of the suit She totally got that-
Jennifer was very different than She-Hulk no matter how much she walked that notion back when asked. Bone sort of showed that and it was why for so long she chose to remain Jennifer.. Fear of self is a dreadful thing, but you can't live like that- either half of you...God help her, this is when she felt so..alive. In a way Foggy's reaction wasn't so off. Some days she felt the very same about all of them, the Hulks. When one went off the rails, it wasn't if it went bad for everyone- but how bad.

While the Eel was quick enough to duck the clothesline, he was not able to escape She-Hulk's surprising agility and out the window he went. Fortunately for him, he was as slippery as his namesake and his insulated suit absorbed a healthy chunk of the impact. "Nice - TRY!" he snarled and using a condensed electroburst at point blank range powerful enough to actually briefly harm a Hulk, The Eel was able to slide out of her grasp, but he couldn't stop the forward momentum She-Hulk created for them and with that, they crashed through the window of the building opposite, rolling over another office desk and causing people to scatter from all the electricity he managed to kick up. Meanwhile, Foggy made a quick look to Matt. "Go," was all he said and with that, Matt made a run for it into a nearby bathroom. Fortunately for him, the bathroom itself had an actual window that he could (barely) squeeze his way out of. He snapped open the briefcase and pulled out his gloves, boots, mask, and billy club holster he had stashed in the hidden pockets of the briefcase and began unbuttoning his suit, tossing them aside for Foggy to collect later. Snapping his blind man's cane into a familiar looking billy club. within roughly sixty seconds, there stood ! ----------------------------------------------------------------- "All the same to you, sweetheart, I'm not all that interested in getting into a scrap with Avengers. Brings far too much heat to my people. All the same, you're hurting my business and, so, gotta make a return on my investment," said the Eel as he circled the environment, studying ways to use it, bracing for when the She-Hulk pounced again, preparing to explode his Light Aura to blind her when she tried. A straight fistfight was suicide, but keeping her at bay might keep her down til his men arrived to surround the place and take hostages. "Nothing personal, strictly business," he said in the old cliche way. Heh. He was getting used to being a Maggia boss afterall...

"Better be scared, Better be afraid Now that the beast is out of her cage and I know you wanna risk it"
She had been more than a tad rusty at the control end of this, since she had more or less blocked off being She-Hulk without the wrist activator, but now she was back- the unfortunate side effect was of course bodily control rust as they went through the window, the eel being as slippery as his namesake as she shook off the jarring stun.
"Man, are you sure you thought this trough? I haven't fought mob thugs since I could only lift about 50 tons... Someone better have an HSA account." cobwebs cleared, the banter did have it's uses after all- in truth despite the playful veneer she hated mobsters. It seemed every bad event in her early life had a family connection to it. Her mother was killed as a message to her father, her best friend was killed in a failed attempt her her before she became the She-Hulk.
Really it was all she could do not to resist the old savage days and play handball with this goon. temper however isn't without cost or consequence as she went for him he aura came to life with such intensity she shielded her eyes in a half step back..leaving her unable to see!
"Fine, no more miss nice Hulk, eat this Goon!" Blinded, she couldn't aim not per say but she could so a small micro shockwave to try to take him off his feet if not stun if.. if she were lucky it would buy her some time to get her vision back. The Thunderclap was one of the other Hulk's signature moves - and luckily the Eel had planned for those moves. Nevertheless, it wasn't pleasant trying to resist a localized blast of compressed air! The Eel rolled back, firing out twin blasts of electric currents which rooted him to the spot after slinging back a sizeable clearing distance of about twenty-five feet. He was almost at the other end of the conference room and well into the open corridor when he finally came to a stop. "It tickled. Look, sweetheart, if yeh didn't want an afternoon execution, yeh should've let the lawyers call it a day and walked away from this case. Bad enough I gotta fry a gal like you too..." he muttered. That was when the Eel caught something in his suit's vibration and turned. "AH! AH! AH! Not this time, Hornhead!" he said as he cackled madly. Daredevil had managed to swing around the building opposite and enter through a window cleaning ledge. He also forgot that the Eel's suit also contained something similar to his own Radar Sense, making it impossible to sneak up on him. Daredevil suddenly felt his body become weightless and suspended like a marionette on a string. His costume contained several filaments within the Kevlar Titanium weave that made it both fireproof and shockproof, but the sensation of having his sense of touch compromised by floating in negative space was incredibly unpleasant. He barely had time to register what was going on as mere seconds later he was launched like a dart directly at the She-Hulk! face first! The two tumbled for a moment like some cartoon before - in equally cartoony fashion - he sensed himself practically scissored by her legs and his head right inbetween a hefty amount of gamma irradiated flesh. The smell threatened his super senses as the radiation plus sweat plus pheromones' made his head spin on an axis. "And they call me "Double D," was all that came out in a muffled voice, momentarily forgetting where he was as he tried to move.

“Daredevil!” Her vision cleared as she saw hells Kitchens best guy hurling at her face first! She could tense but that would likely not be good for the old “team up” vibe if he slammed into her unyielding form. Instead she loosed up to catch him the momentum rolling them back into a tangle. “Y’know, this is so “You owe me a nice dinner, and I don’t mean Jennifer sized, maybe a few.” She quipped, the double D comment raised a brow and a smirk. “…and people say i’m the flirt.. what would Mrs Daredevil say.” She offered with a light humored voice and a wink, for the Eel.. well she was about done messing around.
The ensuing tumble had offered quite a bit of collateral damage, at this rate the old Bull in a. China shop joke was going to devolve into a Hulk into a china shop. All the damage however did offer a nice little benefit, grasping two fragments, metal fastens for the tables they’d crushes she whipped one with super strength and speed then the other lower. It was the old velocity trick.
People expected hulks to b strong, but using that with more velocity- few Hulks did that and fewer still did it with the efficiency of Jennifer Walters. There was more to being her type of Hulk than brute power. Come for the muscles stay for the intellect and of course, quippy banter.

The Eel managed to just barely get out of the way of She-Hulk chucking table legs at his head before her other shot him him flush... Daredevil, who managed to stumble to his feet, winced. "Ooooooh," said the Man Without Fear as sympathetic pain ran through his whole body. But his voice got drowned out by a wicked ear-splitting "YAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!" as the Eel staggered, hands clutching right between his legs. Given the distraction, Daredevil used it to reply. "Wherever she is, I'm sure she'd be disappointed for less than one round of fun," he said with a sly remark and a devilish grin before pulling out his twin billy clubs. Unable to resist one-upmanship in a baton toss, he spun on the spot and fired both billy clubs which ricocheted with a familiar KONK/KONK, GANG/PING, SPICK/SPACK!. Both blows landed perfectly with each club landing right between the eyes and the other at his back right knee, which sweeped him right off his feet. Daredevil caught both clubs just in time as the elevator door pinged roughly thirty feet to their immediately left, forcing him to break off his advance on the villain. "DOWN!" he called as he dived away from the sound of BRACKABRAKABRACKABRACKA as automatic fire from the sound of what could only be several after market Uzis and a few .38s fired a hail of bullets. "BOSS!" one of the mobsters cried just as he used the cover fire to try and get in close. "NOT.... now... IDIOT!" panted the Eel through wheezing breaths, taking one hand off his groin and waving around the room. The mook understood and called for a few more men to start going for the civilians that were huddled on the southeast wall and trying to make their way towards the stairs.

Not exactly subtle, but it was however effective and as she moved to her feet she couldn’t resist a little “Steeerike” celebration gesture. “Told Sashimi boy, you’re out of your league.” Ole Hornheads remark did pull a wider smirk form the Gammazon as she dropped down to a three point stance, the bull and a china shop metaphor wasn’t for nothing- trick was to direct it as she lined them up she offered a warm, dazzling smile.
Fighting Norman humans was in many ways more difficult than someone in her strength class, every move had to be pulled up on, every single exertion had to be modified to keep this form putting her on the same trail of isolation that Bruce was on.
“Down, how about through, Heads up boys- Game time !”
The battle cry was on purpose boisterous and bombastic, she wants them all shooting AT her rather than DD or god forbid a civilian! She launched herself carefully, controlled at them arms extended to take as many off their feet as possible. Bulllets flew off her shredding the backs suit to tatters, Savage She-Hulk and then some as she drove through them. “Hey smiles, you come here often?!" The tone flirty and free as she plowed through them.... rounding to a skidding stop.
She canned quickly for Daredevil, not worry per say- he was a big boy and handled himself in the majors, but working to ensure they worked like a well oiled machine...so to speak.

There were few moments in Daredevil's life where vision would have been a gift to experience what others could; This was not necessarily one of them. The rapid fire storm of lead kept him low and rolling to evade any direct hit before She-Hulk took the brunt of the ammo - and had her expensive suit completely shredded and falling apart. With every step he could hear the fibres of her suit strain to stay in place and with that, the split second's hesitation from every one of the Eel's reinforcements oogling the extremely tall and green lady they foolishly shot at. This gave Daredevil an opening and he used it. He clipped his billy clubs together and extended the shaft into the bo formation. "I - don't think - I need to - tell you - - that it's rude - - to - - stare!" he said as he slid in and sweeped, swatted, jabbed, and scooped the strays who were covering the civilians trying to get an eyeful of OnlyFans worthy She-Hulk. "Weapons of Mass Distraction, I take it, Jen?" said Daredevil dryly. Once the goons were down and staggering in retreat, he turned towards the huddled crowd. "Go!" Daredevil barked and side kicked the emergency exit open. With that he stood guard eyeing them as they filed their way out. Unfortunately that gave the strays - as well as the Eel - time to regroup. "Boss, you alright!?" asked one of the stray mooks still standing. There were about five of the original dozen still on their feet and forming a perimeter around the Eel. "I'm fine, you idiot! Which is more than I can say for Sandro! Quit the cooch watching and focus on why we're here, numbskull!" he said as he charged up his fists. Daredevil squinted. "Yes, why IS that, Eel? You've certainly gotten some more influence since your time with the New Enforcers. Why throw that away by taking on an Avenger?" he asked clinically, tho with a voice that sounded like he gargled glass. "What are you, my lawyer!? Heh. Yeah, Maggia was not thrilled about the Hellzone and with the Hood losing his territories, I was right place, right time. Kinda like right now, actually: Wasn't even here for you, Red. Unfortunately, Big Miss She-Hulk happens to be the Shyster that our esteemed DA has snooping around my newly acquired territory with that little powwow with Jose's lawyers. The putzes don't even have a clue," he added tho even Daredevil could sense that the Eel was looking for a proper escape route. Or was he? "What in the blue hell are you - -" Daredevil began but stopped talking once he heard Jen speak.

Shulkie smirked as she rose: the goons she took out via clothesline at the expense of most of her suit did not. For them it was nap time and probably a little bit of TLC from the local jailhouse doc. She blew her characteristic forelock out of her face as the Devils quip. “Occupational hazard, and really what’s a Banshee of Savile Row suit in warm grey next to making sure everyone goes home form this.”
“This is your “right place right time” vibe? Seriously, stick to strong arming Starbucks pal! But while we’re on that; thanks for letting me know you have more to spill- c’mere Pajamas, let’s hear about this clue we don’t have.” Eel was no idiot, despite her barbs she knew he must be looking for an out, he had to know there was no way he could fend them off or outpace them. Towers was, well at times very by the book.
But the Man was honest unless something had changed, she hoped not she sort of had a thing for him before she found out he was married. He wasn’t above looking to use her status to work a guy over in the press, he was very efficient like that—not his best trait. If there was something rotten beyond that; well Jennifer would do what was right even if it led back to the DA’s office.
She was after all raised by her father. He had walked that blue line so straight it cost him his wife, her mother. Something that had haunted him for all his days and more than colored some of her early choices in Law then and now. “Enough banter,” she said softly hinting she was tired of playing with this guy and his little operation.
Leaping for him she set her shoulder to bounce the guy off the thicker support wall. No one was getting hurt by him today..that’s for sure.

The Eel had She-Hulk well scouted by this point and gave a quick shove to two of the remaining men to give him that split-second gap required to let off a pair of violent electrical discharges that made Daredevil step back before the floor and walls began to shudder. "Case closed, heroes!" came the Eel's voice amidst a terrible crumbling noise as sections of the ceiling began to fall. Not even thinking, Daredevil extended his staff to its maximum length, pointed it skyward, and dived for the nearest mobster that was in his path, looking to cover him. He didn't even feel the steel, floor boards, electrical wiring, and everything else as it came down. He blinked, not that it did anything to help his Radar, which was hazy as it tried to register all the new debris. His staff appeared to be propping up a small section of the ceiling and creating the tiniest little fox hole around himself and the thug he managed to pull underneath him, but that wasn't the only thing holding up the ceiling... Then he heard the faintest clicking of several camera phones clicking... What in the - -Oh.

There was little time to grad the scum ball, as he moved swiftly to bring the house down he did prove to be right about one thing. As soon as the supports began to buckle, and the threat of very real loss of life not only to those in here but in joining sections and the street proper sort of forced her hand “Are you just insane!?” She growled and stepped forward to be a human support structure to hold the pale together, at least for now. “Everyone out NOW!” She called in all the dust, the debris making the room practically smoke filled.
Tensing she planted and pushed upward, every inch of definition as the Hulk Exerted herself. “Sooner would be better than later people, toys not the weight..it’s crumbling in my hands!” Her suit, tatters and modesty was not the prime issue, only keeping these people alive as she held, locked to the spot and heard the cameras “REALLY? Are you guys Serious!?” She glared narrowing her eyes. Sure, here she was saving lives and the boys were hoping for a peep show.. It wasn’t a huge thing, she was far form shy but the utter risk of life for a pic?
The tattered suit that was more gone than there but still at least keeping this from damaging her professional rep thankfully as people scrambled to get out and away. “Yo Horns, you kicking back there I sort of can’t move, go get em.” Her eyes never left the shutterbugs as she flexed her fingers a little. “Y’know they sell posters right?" She chided.

Daredevil managed to squat his way (with difficulty) back to his feet amidst the rubble, careful not to dislodge anything while slowly retracting his Billy Club. As luck would have it, the main structure of the building was still in tact, though the entire ceiling caved in all around them, creating quite the weight and mess. He gave a sharp stomp on the thug's hand underneath him as he tried reaching for his phone amidst all the selfies ( "Ow!") "If you know how to parse this debris down then yes. Here," he added in an undertone, tossing her what appeared to be an unmarked SHIELD hardcrypt phone that he was able to perfectly aim right in the nook of She-Hulk's straining left trapezius. Untraceable, untrackable. "Emergency line to the Black Widow. Don't ask. Should get you some of your Avengers assistance. It would appear your blu tooth got a little... squashed," he mentioned, his Radar Sense tracking the similar tech completely crushed underneath the rubble. With that he gave a small salute and carefully flitted his way towards the broken window. "Gotta love the view," he added dryly and with that swan dived out the window in hot pursuit of the Eel. The Eel's suit had a similar Radar Sense to his own in some unexplicable way which allowed the Eel to detect if he was coming, but the chemicals that made said suit oil slick and extremely resistant to damage also left an air bath that was too easy to follow. Extending his cable club, he was able to swing roughly four blocks before the trajectory of the trail began to decline quite sharply. He was basically halfway across Midtown when he finally came to a sudden stop at the street level in the midst of a crowd of onlookers. WHOA, DAREDEVIL!
WHOA! DEVIL GUY!
JEEZ LOUISE! ALWAYS SOMETHING IN THIS TOWN!?
WAS HE CHASING THE PURPLE MAN!?That last comment made him twitch. Nevertheless it made him pay attention. For all he knew, the Eel was green, but they didn't know that he was blind. His Radar then tracked an open manhole barely twelve feet to his right. He ran over to it and nearly wanted to vomit. "Dammit..." he snarled despite himself. Sure he could probably follow the Eel into the sewers - wouldn't be the first time - but he would be back if he was after She-Hulk. And then it occurred to him: Why was the Eel so desperate to kill whoever worked for DA Blake Tower even if it meant outing (thus winning Matt Murdock's legal battle by default) that he used his client's identity as part of a scam? He extended his Cable Club and began to mull this over. As he made his way back to the rooftops and began crossing Broadway, nearing the safety of Hell's Kitchen - from both the NYPD and the press - it occured to him he might want to have a pointed conversation with New York's esteemed District Attorney. And not as Matt Murdock, either...

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Funny how that really can apply anywhere right? At least that was one of the random bits of oddness that ran through the mind of Jennifer as one by one people were aided out. Truth be told it wasn’t impossible heavy, she could easily press into the hundreds of tons. Trick here was a good bit of this was old, like much of the district it was well worn. This manifested itself as she planted her feet and then reset a few times as it shifted in her gamma spawned grip.
She held it for a time, the tatters held thankfully. Not that it was a huge deal, but y’know cap wouldn’t wanna spit out his milk while watching the news. “We're good?” She called out as braces, and shores were installed, it was a process because the buildings were done “Village style” and thus a bit too close together to let this slide to far one way or the other. “We’re good Ma’am.” Came the delayed retort, no doubt another fan.
Wen she emerged she was covered in grey, the dust and grind for the concrete had given her a Joe Fix-it makeover. Thankfully she didn’t have to call, Penelope was there with the old classic standby suit…wouldn’t take a moment to change. then, she'd likely best check on the Devil, this midtown guys were plucky, that's for sure.
