Old Man Logan AU (Apocalyptic USA) Story Ideas

Wanted to create a story involving a slightly alternate version of the world presented in Old Man Logan. Would want to involve mainly OCs. But don't mind if players of Hulk, Red Skull, Emma Frost, Dr. Doom, Moleman, She Hulk, Hawkeye, or any other canons you feel could possibly fit in this world, would want to play them here.

When mentioning if you want a character involved, note who the character is, and what city you want them to be located in within the wanted region.

I would like for Fear to be in Hammer Falls, which is in the Kingdom of the Kingpin. I would also like She Hulk to be a possible villian. If she is in, she should be in Sacremento which is in Hulkland.

Birmingham (Doom's Lair) sure could use a little magic. So how about a little Magic Man? Dalton Dallas, a magical construct created by (the now-deceased) Dean Dallas, is the AU's version of Magic Man. He has the same power set as his father.

If you ever need more people, I can also throw in Magician (Elliot Boggs) living in Boise (Kingpin's territory), but as a (more powerful) villain, or Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) as a rogue hero in the President's Quarter. Whatever you need. And those locations can change if need be.
