KamehamehamburgerToday was day one hundred and something in their search for their friend (and Miles' possible ex-girlfriend? Their relationship is currently in a complicated state). Lana had gone missing for quite a while, along with her own grandmother. Nary a clue to be found anywhere on her whereabouts, and that left Miles heavily concerned. But he didn't have a single clue. "Yeah, sorry man. Nothing on the apps about a missing girl, or anything about someone shooting explosions out of their hands. Other than one of those mutants at that special mansion, but yeah, I got nothing."Ganke would see the concerned expression upon his friend's face, as Miles would simply nod and respond "Alright, I'll go on patrol again and see if I can find some clues. She has to be somewhere Ganke. I just know it. No one just disappears out of thin air."His friend would then try to change the subject, in the hopes to lighten his friend's mood. This would lead Ganke to focus on another missing individual, that of the restaurant's star employee. Though one that brought a bit of controversy too, given the fact he was also a mutant. "Speaking of, whatever happened to that Razor guy? You think he just up and quit."Miles, not fully bothered about the missing employee would simply answer, "Probably. Remember the notifications we got on the app about this place? A lot of vandals show up with that anti-mutant nonsense. No one has time for that!""Yeah, you're telling me. Oh shoot, I think it's time to suit up."Miles would stare at his burger with a bit of sadness in his eyes. He'll have to enjoy his delicious burger later. Looking at one of the servers, he'd ask for a to-go box so he can have his burger on the fly. "Ugh, hi, could I get this burger to go? I gotta jet!"Some Moments LaterSpider-Man would be swinging quickly towards the intended destination. He knew it was about a kidnapping, but he'd speak on his wireless headphones to his friend to get more details. "Yo Ganke, got anything else about the request?""Yeah, it looks like the user is saying some group called the Purifiers attacked some protesters in broad daylight. Took a bunch of hostages, but the police are doing nothing about it. I-I don't know why though.""Don't worry. I'll figure it out."Rushing through the skies towards the Upper East Side, he'd find himself within a dilapidated neighborhood. Buildings in ruin everywhere in sight. That would be when he realized he wasn't far from the infamous site of the Mutant Town Massacre. A terrible event that cost many people their homes, some even their lives. It was a blessing that the Avengers were able to stop the threat, though it's no surprise that others would blame the Avengers in their stead. Though, as Miles looked around to search for who requested for his help, he'd hear a young voice, like that of a teenager, call out to him. "Y-you're the other Spider-Man!"It would seem they assumed the app would call upon the original web-slinger, not realizing that it was made just for Miles to cover the city as fast as possible, with Ganke's help of course. Nonetheless, he would look towards the sound of the voice to find a sight that startled the teen hero. The boy who called out to him had translucent skin, with his brain fully visible to the naked eye. Miles would attempt to keep himself composed, as he answered the boy's question as properly as he could. "Yeah, that's me. I heard your friends got kidnapped. Could you tell me where those men took them from? I should be able to find a way to track them down and get your friends ba-""You called Spider-Man here!? We don't need you hero types around. It's cause of you that people like us are homeless!"Miles would see an older woman, who had multiple eyes on her face. She seemed quite displeased at seeing a masked vigilante in their midst. It was no surprise that no one here would be happy to see a costumed hero. To them, it meant bad news was around the corner. "I-I get why you don't trust me, but you gotta believe me. I'm here to help."The translucent teen would agree with that statement, stating "Yeah, I heard Spider-Man helps everyone out. And that this app could call him over. No one else will help get them back! Maybe he can!"Spider-Man would nod with that assessment, fully prepared to do whatever it took to get those poor protesters back. "Yeah, he's right. That what the first Spider-Man does. And you can trust that I'll do the same. Just...any details you can give can help out a lot. Could you-""No! We're leaving! NOW!"The woman would grab the child and attempt to lead him away from Spider-Man and back towards the alley they were hiding in. Miles would need to do something quick to get their attention, all in the hopes to get a clue on where those kidnapping victims were taken. Otherwise, those people may indeed be gone for good.

Razor "I don't smile for me, I smile for you." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Razor has had a specific hatred for the Purifiers for a while now. First, they were literally anti-mutant... Pretty easy to hate them as a mutant. Secondly, they stole his best friend from back home and made her hate mutants and him in particular. Thirdly, they made her beat the shit out of him and leave him for dead in an alleyway... Three strikes and now they are OUT for sure. Typical of the human police to not do anything about this... Literally mutant children were being abducted by a corrupt force and what were they doing? Sitting on their asses, eating donuts or something. Normally he would've asked Quentin for help with this, but Quentin wasn't really much of a stealth guy. He wanted to deal with this quietly and get out without causing much of a scene. Plus, Quire had mentioned that they had gotten data on telepaths, so the bulk of his abilities would be kind of useless here. He'd sneak into the alleyway where there was a handful of mutants hiding out. A couple would cower away from him, which was understandable because of his threatening glare with the spiked mask, but he'd take the mask off to show his face with a shush gesture. "Hey, hey, no need to panic... Where are they? I'm with the Brotherhood, I'm here to help.""Y-you mean like the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants?" The middle aged woman would ask. "Propaganda. We're just the Brotherhood of Mutants. You'll be hearing from us really soon. Regardless, you're being saved by us right now, where are they?" He'd say with an annoyed sigh. "They're in the west wing of the church. The big one, you can't miss it.""Stay put, I'll make sure you know that it's safe." He'd say with a nod, pulling his mask back up. He'd begin to slink back into the shadows, but hear commotion at the outside of the alleyway. There was a mutant mother pulling her child away from someone... With a shift of angle, he'd see that it was Spider-Man. Not THE Spider-Man, but Spider-Man. Gosh, they really need to get their names in order, this is so confusing. Knowing that this guy might be a very big help to this, he'd place a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, Spidey. I know where they're at. Could really use your help with this, I'm sure they've got guns..." He'd say, looking off to the family walking away from him, "Don't worry too much about them... It's hard losing your home to the people that arguably saved your life. It's a weird thing to process." Upper East SideHe'd need to get this woman's attention back as soon as possible. Without any clues from the kid, he'd have practically no chance at finding those protesters. "Wait-Before he'd be able to continue, a familiar voice would call out to him. Stating that he knew exactly where the protesters were taken from. Looking towards the direction, he'd remember the sight of the server who used to work at the fast food restaurant Miles had eaten at earlier. "You're that guy? Razor right?"He shouldn't bother with these questions. There were hostages to save. Ignoring what he had asked, he decided to ask Razor instead if he'd want help with "transportation". "Want me to swing you there?"Looking towards the mutant pair of woman and child, he'd shout out "Don't worry, we'll get your friends back! I promise!"Spider-Man would then look back towards Razor, ready to see what answer the young man would have. If he'd answer, Miles would quickly reach the intended destination, hoping to fill in the moments of quiet with a few more questions about the whereabouts of the mutant hero.

Razor "I don't smile for me, I smile for you." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Yeah, that's me... Do I know you from somewhere?" He'd ask, not knowing where he knew the name from. He'd shake that off though, and narrow his eyes at the idea of swinging with Miles. He liked to be grounded, plus he didn't like the idea of needing somebody to carry him across Mutant Town. It was kind of demeaning in many ways, to be honest... But he needed to get those hostages now... So he'd relent and nod, allowing Spidey to begin swinging. "It's crazy what happened here... All those lives lost. All the love harbored there. I didn't even think about the lives of the people who weren't like me or you. Not everyone's the hero type. For the longest time, I couldn't begin to think about the people who just... Didn't want to do this. It's such a strange expectation that society places on people with powers as a whole... You have powers, you're a hero or a villain... You can't just be, ya know? There are so many people who DON'T want to do this, and they just want to be be normal... That's probably why the cops won't come..."He'd stop his monologue short, but it left him in a pondering state that wouldn't be broken until Spidey asked him something else. He'd make sure to hold on to the man's clothing on one hand, switching out to the other hand after every swing. In a way, he sorta carried him around like a bag, but that's mainly because he didn't want to embarrass the hero further by just carrying him over on his shoulder. Or like a baby. Yeah, that would hurt the Superhero pride for sure. I ain't gonna hoe 'em like that. thought Miles. So, as they traveled to the church where the protesters were taken from, Spider-Man would listen to Razor. To see his point of view on why the police and the public at large seemed afraid of these mutants. And Miles did agree for the most part. People always had the wrong expectations of people they don't understand, of people they found different. And when your different, you should still be treated human like everyone else, but people just seemed afraid of these differences. And that fear can sometimes lead to hate. Something his father understood, and to an extent, what Miles understood as well. "I think you're kinda right. But honestly, I just think people are...afraid of those who are different. And they shouldn't be. I mean, we're all human, and we should just accept each other for what we are. But bad people take those differences the wrong way. But I think people like you and me, we just gotta show 'em differently. We gotta show 'em to treat everyone right, no matter who or what they are. So let's go get those people back!"They'd reach the site of the kidnapping, leading to Spider-Man and Razor landing on the ground below. The web-slinger would look around, trying to see if any of the hostages dropped anything of importance. He'd then ask Razor to see if he can do the same. "See if you can find some clues. I think I can run an algorithm to find 'em if they dropped something."He'd press down on his comms to see if Ganke was on his computer looking on through his lenses. Whispering to his friend, he'd really hope he was there. <"Yo man, you there?">

Razor "I don't smile for me, I smile for you." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Razor would agree with most of what the guy was saying... Honestly, most of it was a good thing... Yet, there was something that he couldn't get over. It was the way he said something... Miles' Spider-Sense might've even gone off for a split second when he said that, but it would subside as soon as it arose. It was as if it were a malfunction in the sense. Regardless, he'd leave the conversation there so he didn't have to deal with the argument that would come from it. When he was dropped on the ground, he'd shudder. "Thanks man, we never speak of this." He'd say, regarding the fact that he was carried by Spider-Man. Nodding when he was told to go check for clues, he'd walk up to the building and send a bone spike into the wall of the church. He'd grunt, not ready for the sudden conceptualization of calcium. He'd stop and take few breaths so he didn't vomit before focusing in. He'd survey the building, feeling the vibrations within the buildings of calcium... Or the absence of them. Seemed they just missed the Purifiers. "Hey, the inside's clear. Wanna go in?" He'd shout over to Miles. Other Information:AppTrackerVoice Example

Things did feel a tiny bit off during the swing. And he wasn't talking about the fact that he kept having to switch hands to carry Razor for every swing. No, it was after he spoke about the human fear of differences. He coulda sworn he felt a tingle on the back of his neck. Like some type of danger was about to approach him from up close. But nothing ever came. Perhaps it was his imagination. He still needed to get some more spider-sense training from the OG Spider-Man. Or Silk-Sense as Silk would call it. Whatever the name, he had to practice that a bit more. Nonetheless, with them on the scene, Miles would call in Ganke for some help. And his friend would answer the call. Though his mouth would sound a little stuffed as they spoke <"Hefff, whatss uff, munch, munch">"Bruh, chew."After properly chewing his chips, Ganke would retort back with a more jovial response. <"Bless you. Anyways, what's up man?">"You think you can run that software Dad gave you? I think I might have a lead."With his focus upon his spider-sense, he'd find a bullet casing on the ground. Looking at it, he'd examine it thoroughly to allow the cameras on the lenses to spot any fingerprints or the like. Ganke would run the software, still surprised that Miles' dad had access to something like this as an officer of the law. <"Hey, you think we're allowed to have this? I don't even know if your dad is supposed to have access to whatever program this is. It's like something outta NCIS. You sure he's just a beat cop?">"Pretty sure. Besides, it doesn't matter. He's helping us out big time in finding whoever kidnapped these people. Anyways, you got any matches?"Ganke would examine the list brought up after getting a hit on the fingerprints that Miles could pull from the bullet. Looking through, he'd see about 10 names that resided within New York. Fingerprints alone wasn't gonna help them find who they're looking for. <"This list is kinda big. Way bigger than it needs to be. Half of these people don't even have have criminal records. It's kinda sus that this program has info on them. You think your dad got this from the NSA, or SHIELD?">"If that's true, you think it's safe to talk about this over this line?"<"Bro, do I look like some amateur?...Plus your dad also helped me out on that front with the coding. Kinda shocked HAMMER hasn't found us out already given we were technically on a unsecure line until now.">That line honestly made Miles wonder more and more about his own father. He knew way more than only normal police officer should know about. How did he learn all this? Who was his dad, really? "Focus Ganke. Add some criteria to the list. Focus on guys with criminal records. See if any of them happen to be associated with Anti-Mutant gangs."Following Miles' instructions, he'd find one particular name, Clarence Rooker. A man who happened to be associated with that of the Purifiers. <"Yeah, got a hit. Clarence Rooker, one of these Purifier guys.">"Can you look up any common hiding places where these Purifers would be?"That would take Ganke a little more time, surveying various sites, such as Danika Hart's own blog, to see if she or any of her followers could detail the map of New York to include where common Purifier activity would be. As Miles waited for that, he'd look up towards Razor to see if the man found anything. Instead, the mutant would ask Miles to see if they could check inside the Church instead, in case they could find more clues. "Uh, alright. I'll go around to the front door."Firing a web-line to the edge of the church, he'd swing around up front and push the doors open. If Razor had some kinda hunch about a clue inside, then maybe they could find those poor hostages sooner rather than later.

Razor "I don't smile for me, I smile for you." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Razor made his way into the building as a bunch of small bone tendrils leaked out of his pant legs. As he walked, these tendrils would act as a way for him to be able to comb the floor for clues. While the building itself was still in tact, it was clear some sort of battle happened here. Long dried blood, burn marks, and rubble. A fight originated here, and it was a big one. He was hoping that Spider-Man would be able to get the upper parts, in case of upper struggle. "Uhhh... Hey, here. Can you hear me right now?" He'd whisper, testing how acute Spidey's senses really were, "I don't think anything is here, but this might be something helpful to know like... Right off the bat."He'd continue scanning the ground for anything, when he was stopped by something cloth. That didn't make sense. It was loose, so it wasn't a church pew. The tendril would wrap around it like a snake, and it would pull a bloody scarf to him. He'd grunt at the blood. A sight that he was used to, but he also knew how young this person had to be... And that was a LOT of blood. "Found something." He would say out loud. Other Information:AppTrackerVoice Example

Swinging right through the front doors as he opened them, he'd note that nothing would seem to tingle from his spider-senses. If the men were here, they weren't anymore, at least, that's what Miles felt. Granted, he still needed a bit more training on said sense from the Original Spider-Man, but he figured with the experience he does have now that he had a decent understanding of the power. With Razor whispering to Miles as the Spider-hero landed on the top ledge of a pew once he finished his swing, Morales would then look up to see the mutant crawling along the ceiling with his unique bone tendrils. "Uh, yeah I hear ya. We should be clear by the way. I don't think we're in any danger."He felt a bit unnerved by the man's strange Doctor Octopus impression. Ironically, that was a villain he hadn't fought just yet, but he still felt strange alongside someone who felt inspired enough to emulate him. Before he was about to make a joke about that comparison, Razor would find something peculiar. A blood scarf. Miles would grimace under his mask. He'd seen his fair share of blood and gore, sights he could have done without in his life time. No teenager should have ever experienced that. But he did, and he has to learn to live with that horrific sight, along with the intense rage that was inside his heart. Spider-Men don't fall prey to that. They just have to keep on making everyone else smile, all the while keeping those same people safe despite all the pain and misery. That was the job he undertook as Spider-Man. And it's one he would not falter from ever again. "...we'll leave that for the police. Unless you have a way to track that blood down? Otherwise, I think I got a lead on the whereabouts of one of the kidnappers. Least, I hope he's one of the kidnappers..."The blood on that scarf made it hard to not clench his fists. He was angry, even if his mask didn't show it. But he couldn't give in to that. Otherwise, he wouldn't be living up to the name he decided to adopt. He couldn't let Spider-Man down. Both the original and himself.

Razor "I don't smile for me, I smile for you." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Razor would nod, placing the scarf down gently. He'd take a second to close his eyes and respect the dead. He felt bad for manhandling the scarf like that, but he wasn't really sure if Miles was able to track blood... He wasn't, it seemed. He likely would have been able to before Reed had fixed him up, but his current powerset fit much better for him. "By all means." He'd say, looking to Spider-Man for his information. This was such a weird experience for him. He had heard of the Wolverine and Spider-Man team ups not going so well. Spidey and Professor Logan never got along, from what he understood. It seemed that Razor and THIS Spider-Man were getting along just fine. Not that Razor was the successor to Wolverine by any means... If anything he was a successor to that one person named Marrow. He'd heard something about her a long time ago, but didn't think too much of it. Now he'd slowly start to understand it. "Where we headed?" Other Information:AppTrackerVoice Example

The PurifiersAs Ganke helped try to give Miles the answer to Razor's question, the Purifiers would remain in their hideout, pushing in the innocent denizens from mutant town inside tiny cages. Each of these captives would wear inhibitor collars, preventing any powers (if they had any) from activating, in case they used them to escape. With innocent the innocent captives whimpering in fear, the Purifiers would watch the TV closely as they paid attention to their leader's sermon, one Reverend William Stryker. He would go on another tirade, calling out mutant kind for all their faults and for the country's current sorry state. <"We must come together, to oppose this mutant threat. Our country has never been the same since the flooding of New York City. Since the terroristic attacks of Magneto. We have been plagued with fear and distrust, but no more. We must come together, as one people. The human race must show this united front. Lest we be overturned by the Devil's Spawn!"The men would nod and shout out in approval, as they stared at the screen. Then they'd look towards the prisoners, one of the Purifiers would have a stun rod to electrocute one of the women stuck in a cage. With her screaming out in pain, the rest would laugh. "It's time we follow the cause men! It's time we purge mankind of this plague. Get the guns ready. We're gonna have ourselves a shooting parade!" Spider-ManMeanwhile, Miles would follow the lead, relying on his spider-sense to hopefully hone in on any possible danger in one of the hideouts. They'd pass by a few of the sites, but the teen wouldn't get any hits. He knew time was running out, but there was one more site left. "Come on Razor, this way! We're almost there!"He'd see the last warehouse down the street, hopefully reaching the destination in time. The pain he'd feel if any lives were lost for being too late would haunt the teen till the end of time. So he needed to hurry. He had to hurry. Or else, the other possibility may be too difficult to bear.
