Well, I'm back on earth and my leg is broken. Frankly, I don't want to go to the hospital. I don't exactly have insurance and it seems like much like my own universe, healthcare here can be expensive. Besides, my leg will probably heal by the end of the thread anyway, no I just need some place to crash just for a couple of hours, I walk through the street. Honestly, it always feels weird seeing normal people living their day-to-day lives in comic books. I'm so used to them being will extras most of them off panel. Yet as I walk I watch as I see them, talk about everyday life, talk about comings and goings, talk about movies they have seen recently most of which I recognize. Then that's when I realize just how real this world actually is...and it's real problems.
I'm attracted to this one particular residence. I don't know why but something is drawing me to it. It's a SoHo apartment with a number I don't recognize. This wasn't in the comics, was it? Why I am I drawn to it...ok guys, what are you wanting to show me? I can't just knock at the door unless I want to get slapped up the head with a baseball bat. I don't want to just sneak in that will result in the same result and besides I'm pretty sure the door is locked. Maybe I just wait and see if someone can help me?
