Spider-Man's hands were fists at his side clenched so tightly he could feel them pop as he stared at Osborn.
“Oh yeah, blame me for you having enemies looking to toast your Keebler Elf looking backside. Because I'm the one running a criminal empire on the side. That's what psychologists call projection Gobby. Bring it up the next time you and the man purse carrying pal in your head are on the couch.”
Glancing up in time to see Daredevil show up, late to the party, he sighed.
Ah, lawyers, always showing up AFTER the damage has been done, he thought, a bit unfairly.
“Let's get something straight Osborn. I don't care if you are running for President, Director of SHIELD, or head of the PTA. If I find out you had anything to do with May Parker's disappearance I will give you a reason to really run, it it ain't for office. Oh and by the way? Smile!” he said flashing a thumbs up seemingly at random. “That wall crawling menace remark is true as far as Jameson is concerned. And something tells me an intrepid young photographer may just see to it you are on the front page seemingly supporting said menace! You may need Olivia Pope by the time this is done!”
With that he swung away, retrieved his camera, and listened to Daredevil over the comm and nodded.
“That bad huh DD?” he replied, stomach dropping out despite his lifted spirits at the news May was safe. “I...I'll get on that ASAP. Let the others know I have some personal business to attend to. I'll catch up with everyone when I can.”
He didn't know specifically what prompted the warning, but ol' Hornhead was right. Osborn would go to war over this and between him and the other gangs the streets of NYC would be absolute hell sooner rather than later.

Danny stood around with a contented look on his face. Unlike the others he was showing no sign of being worried in the slightest, as if a looming gang war with unknown elements to it was merely any other day.
"Well, whatever they are doing, look on the bright side...that was a pleasant work out," Rand said with a smile.
Glancing at the young woman from earlier he smirked even more. "And today was not a total loss. At least there were not ninjas involved. I hate those guys."
