Bobbi smiled at Riri, encouraging her silently to speak up, but the younger girl instead got up and went to the computer screen, bringing up all their information. Bobbi wondered if Riri was trying to tell them all something but was shy or scared to speak up, so she studied the screen for a bit. They couldn't take too long, as it was important for them to be on their way before the diplomatic team started talking to the Kree, and yet, if this was important, than they needed to take the time to figure it out.
Bobbi noticed something and said "Riri, do you think we'd do better pairing up on this mission? Is that what you're pointing out?" before turning to the others. "If you guys look, it might work better if we pair off, like put the ones who aren't as trained in being stealthy to be the others' guides, like tell them where to go and if we have to fight, they could tell us where the enemies are coming from." Standing up, she said "We should get on board and get ready to take off, but that might be a good idea, if everyone agrees. Let's walk and we can keep talking, all right?"

As usual, Riri was on point on her observations, although Betty would prefer her to speak up, she wouldn't nag at her for that. Not yet. She felt that she had to earn that position first. As she was quite the hard one to crack, but admittedly the young agent had lost her touch with people so she couldn't simply blame her partner for the lack of emotional proximity.
The point given to her was something that felt right and needless to say, Beatriz agreed, but being professional as she was trying to be, she remained quiet as it wasn't on her position to say what is or isn't the best as she wasn't exactly a specialist in this sort of situation, much less with working as a part of a team, as she had developed the whole lone wolf routine even if against her own will. Lucky for her though, once everybody started to leave, Bobbi, the head of her team gave her the opening for her to give her opinion. An opportunity that she couldn't let go to waste.
"I'm all in for teamwork. Whatever you come up with, I'm with you. I'm agent de Jesus, and my forte is combat, but I also do very good with traps and ambushes. You know, the usual soldier package, although infiltration isn't exactly one of my best skills.'
Being open and honest, Beatriz kept her attention on Bobbi to see what kind of reaction she would give as it mattered to her a lot to know where she stood for her partner-to-be.

Jack would walk towards quinjet where Squirrel Girl was standing in front of. Agent Smith would be standing beside her, seemingly eager to get inside the jet to get things going. As for Agent Green, she'd ask if everyone else was ready to go. Jack would decide to reply in kind. "No, I'm good to go."Agent Smith would reply with, "Same here. It'll be fun to head out into space again." "Again?""Yeah, just to help out on some satellite repair for SHIELD. Nothing dangerous." Jack would have preferred to have such simple missions rather than the more life threatening ones he had in the past. But what else could he expect with the abilities he had. At least they had the more experienced Agent Green helping them out for this mission. There were rumors that the woman had been replaced by a Skrull in the past, but they got the age wrong. Guess that implies she had experience with aliens, even if the ones they were dealing with were of a different race. He decided to ask Doreen, just to kill some time as the jet they were on was starting up. "Hi, uh, Agent Green. I heard a rumor that there was an alien that tried to copy you. Was that true?"

Riri nodded, it made things a lot easier for her when Mockingbird picked up her conclusion almost immediately. She had came up with her own hypothesis about how the pairings should be, but opted to stay silent while agent Bobbi led the others in discussion. Even if they came up with a different conclusion than she did, as long as they kept in mind the base reason for the pairings it would still turn out fine. Probably. Riri walked along with the others a little faster than her usual pace as to not fall behind. Considering what they were up against, haste was logical. Yet at the same time, they could not afford to make mistakes. It might be wise to set up some sort of signal-based communications with the diplomacy team, just in case the other methods of communication encountered problems. She didn't feel comfortable with speaking, so Riri decided to send a message to agent Green, the leader of the other team. Attached to the message was two audio files, the first one was the Morse code for SOS, a universal signal indicating distress and request for assistance. Three dots, three dashes, and another three dots. The other was the Morse code of KN, a sign of closing transmission. A dash followed by a dot, followed by two more dashes and ending with a final dot. The two signals should be relatively distinct and unlikely to be mixed up for one another. It's probably not necessary, but you couldn't have too many back up plans. Riri would also send a copy of the Kree's ship schematics and formations to all the vessels both teams would use as given to her by Tony Stark. Meanwhile, she also paid attention to her team's discussion. --------------------

Aliens trying to copy Squirrel Girl? That would not surprise her at all. She was unbeatable, after all. Anyone else who wanted to be the same need only copy her to achieve it. Of course, nobody could ever make a perfect copy without just being another Squirrel Girl, so if anyone did ever do that, they'd have made crime's greatest opponent twice as effective. Hmm... Maybe it'd be a good idea to come up with some new lyrics for her theme song, just in case that ever happened.
Still, she considered all the aliens she'd ever met, many of whom had much left to learn in their manners. "Uh, let me think. Thanos, Fin Fang Foom, Ego, Terrax... Korvac? Not sure if he's an alien or just another weird accident mutated human. Either way, I can't think of any aliens who have ever tried to copy me. All they'd need to do is ask, and I'd happily teach them my philosophies, anyway. Same as for humans, of course."
She'd finished going through her cards, having apparently found out all the ones she wanted, which she began taking a closer look at. Maybe it would be worth creating some kind of filing system for them, or a cheat sheet or something, where she could find out the numbers for all cards in a given category. It'd be a great time saver for future missions of this nature. All she'd need to do would be digitise the information, and create a spreadsheet with various searchable parameters which thinking about it would probably be very simple to turn into an app on her phone. Yay for computer science!
When she got the files come through from Riri, she read through them, sending back an acknowledgement, before committing as much as she could to memory and deleting all the information. that was not the sort of thing you wanted on you when you were leading a diplomatic mission to some aliens who may well have advanced enough technology to scan the contents of her device, after all. Still, teaching the Morse Code to Tippy might be useful. Maybe the whole thing in time, though it was not technically a code, and had only been refined by Samuel Morse, so should more correctly be called Vail's Cipher. Though it was unlikely that Riri would care about that level of pedantry.

Bobbi led the way to their ship, pleased as the other two seemed to keep up. Beatriz ran over a short list of what she was good at, which Bobbi made a mental note of, and once they were all on board, she said "Hopefully the diplomacy works, but if we have to go in and kick butt, I'm going to suggest that Beatriz and I do any fighting that needs done. Riri, I think you could serve us better by keeping track of any incoming ships or Kree, be our communications officer, so to speak. Does that sound feasible to everyone?" she asked, scanning the instruments on the control panels before sitting down.
She began starting up the jet when she saw the other team do so, even though they would take off a little bit later, just to avoid drawing suspicions from the Kree. She also said "Ok, we're going into orbit and kind of hide as much as possible, so we're going radio silent for now. Anyone have anything else they want to ask or say?"

With Bobbi leading the way, Beatriz sat back and tried to focus, leaving the stakes to the lead of the squad. All she had to do after all was to wait for directions and orders, once she had directives then it would be a matter to worry or not, until then a cigarette to ease into the mission, it certainly would drop the anxiety levels to something more manageable. The only thing bad about this one was that Riri was once again put in the proverbial line of fire, there was no dodging this time after all if the enemy did launch an assault, being alongside these people would be the safest option.
"You can trust Riri with information, She is pretty good. Trusted my life on some of her calls and wasn't disappointed."
If it were other times, Beatriz would try to make some small talk with Bobbi, but with the reputation of being unstable extremely violent and a butcher, she thought it would be better to keep her mouth shut. After all, it was sort of safe to assume that every other agent of the shield would treat her like she was the punisher herself. So aside from her cigar and the abnormal large quantities of smoke she expelled to time from time there wasn't much that she would do but to wait for her turn to do something.

"Well, even if they didn't replace ya, the fact you dealt with such heavy hitters does seem to put my mind at ease. Especially if things start to go wrong."He probably shouldn't start to think so negatively from the start. Negotiations should go fine, even if they are preparing for the worst with the Infiltration Team. From what it said on the file, that particular team would be using state-of-the-art stealth tech to get past any of their radars. From the schematics, it seems that once they beamed up the quinjet holding the Negotiation Team, the shields would temporarily go down to let the Infiltration team sneak in. Then, they'd plant the charges in secret, while Jack's team tried to talk things out. Depending on how things went, the bombs may not have to be planted at all. Though he imagined it'd be a pain to remove those same devices from the hidden compartments of the ship if they actually communicated their talks of peace to the Kree. "Sorry, I shouldn't be expecting us to fail. We'll follow your lead Agent Green."Suddenly, they'd get a call out from Agent Jeffrey Smith. It seemed their quinjet was ready to go. "Come on guys! Get over here. Were about to head out, ETA 5 minutes. Hurry it up!""Guess that's our cue. Let's go."Jack would run off towards the quinjet, expecting Doreen to not be too far behind. They'd be on the jet in no time, before it begins to fly off towards the large warship in space. The team would start to put on the specialized space suits, in case something did happen to the quinjet they were flying in. The suits had small, independent oxygen tanks built into the suits, allowing each wearer to breath in space properly. They all had their own helmets to the suit too, with the full-body blue space suits with the SHIELD logos fully prepped for the strangely pressurized environment in dep space. All in all, they were now dressed in preparation for a possible disaster, such as being attacked in deep space. Let's hope that doesn't happen of course, especially when the team hadn't had the chance to talk to the Kree in the first place.

"Okay." Riri replied. Appointing her as a communications officer might seem like a weird pick considering her social awkwardness and lack of communication skills. However keeping in mind their current situation, she might be the best choice skill-wise. In any case, their real work would begin as soon as each of their group took off. In terms of infiltration and explosive planting, Riri was a complete beginner. She understood how to do it in theory, however lacking the instincts and insight awarded with experience. After checking the ship for any abnormalities, she gave the rest of the team the go ahead to take off. As she was not a competent pilot, the girl took the initiative to observe the ship's software systems and physical machinery, ensuring there wouldn't be any abnormalities throughout the entire mission. Despite her support role, there was still no guarantee that Ironheart would be able to avoid combat entirely. With MAGGIE's help, Riri had also taken the liberty of stowing her armor inside the ship. Just in case. --------------------

Heavy hitters? Half the guys she'd mentioned were fairly unimpressive, going from memory. Though to be fair, she tended to avoid getting hit where possible so didn't have all that clear an idea of how hard they'd actually been hitting. "Some of them, I'd not even rate as tough as Doctor Doom, but then he's got a lot of gadgets, so it's difficult to say just how tough he is. I guess everyone's got their own tricks and secrets."
Given that she was already sat in the quinjet when the pilot called out to them, Doreen stayed where she was, simply calling to the front of the vessel: "Already on board, Jeffrey, though I think Jack just remembered something he has to get. Should be ready to go as soon as he's back though."
She'd gone through SHIELD's training for all this of course, and the space suits were part of that. She'd never had to rely on one, but had been hoping to get to use one ever since that training day. Needing a space suit meant being in space, after all. And soon she was going to be representing Earth to aliens! Sure she knew very little about them, and what she did know was only about fifty percent useful and around the same for reliability (thanks Deadpool...) but it was generally enough to start with, and the rest she would work out for herself as the meeting progressed.
Doreen spent the last few minutes until launch checking her own suit, and double checking Tippy's. It was much less complicated than one for a human, no doubt custom made at the last minute after an order from Tony, but as long as Tippy was relying on Doreen to put the suit on her properly, Doreen was going to take that responsibility extremely seriously.

Bobbi checked her suit, making sure everything was working properly, but she smiled at Beatriz as she vouched for Riri. "Thank you, that is good to know" she said, glancing over to the other ship in order to time their departure just right. "Ok, so the Kree have their shields up, but we're gonna sneak through as soon as they lower them to let the diplomatic team through. We have to time this right, so that we get through because I'm sure they'll pull them right back up as soon as the other ship passes through. Now, we will have our cloaking shield up, but we need to be close."
She nodded as Riri agreed and turned back to the controls, ready to take off as soon as the other ship did. Taking a deep breath and releasing it, she said "Gang, make sure your oxygen works and you can breathe properly, before we take off." She then started her own in preparation for taking off.

Und bin ich dir peinlich Mach' ich dir Angst? Wer ist normal hier
Once Bobbi had remarked about the oxygen, Beatriz mused that back then she wouldn't need it. Still now is now then was then and it was better that she made sure that everything went well, or else... Better not think of failure and do whatever she could to prevent any malfunctions, while it wasn't her first time at space, it was her first time as a living, breathing being and it made her a bit nervous.
She wouldn't voice her nervousness it just wasn't her style, she was more of oyster kind of girl and she preferred to keep things on the need to know basis. She wouldn't want to create any mistrust or disruption on her teammates by doing so, she was aware of her own fame after all, the less she'd given to people to complain, the better. Despite of the nature of the mission her traits would be a asset rather than a liability but she preferred to not bet on anything, after all she could only trust her own as far as she could throw.

After Jeffrey, Doreen, and Jack had equipped their spacesuits, they'd strap up properly to their seats. The pilot would begin their asccent towards the sky, leading to those inside the jet to feel the rumble of the engines. As it ascended, the hangar doors of the base would open up as the jet flew forward and then towards an upwards angle once outside. The quinjet would then accelerate furhter towards the atmosphere until it breached into the cold reaches of outer space. With the other jet expectantly behind them (and actively camouflaged), the quinjet would be flying closer and closer towards the Kree Warship, showcasing the galactic size of such a vessel. The pilot would begin their attempt at hailing the large alien ship, hoping to transmit their message in for negotiations. Utilizing a built in transmitter that was formatted into the radios of the quinjet, they'd attempt to communicate with the Kree. Of course, the model is still not as advanced as the typical galactic translators used by "infamous bounty hunters" but hopefully it proved sufficient enough to communicate with a possible warring alien species. <"Hello, we are humans from the Planet Earth, as you are probably aware. We come in peace, and simply want to talk. May we please be allowed passage into your ship?"> The woman would await their response, as the three inside waited in anticipation. Hopefully, the warship doesn't simply decide to blow them into space dust and actually communicates to the aerial team. Though, while that is going on, the "stealth" team would remain cloaked, waiting for the opportunity for the Warship's hull to start opening up. That way, the ship could sneak on in through one of the openings leading to the lower engine, while the Negotiation Team heads on in to the main hangar. But that all would depend on if the Kree actually bought the message for peace.

With the ship taking off and all members of the group gathered in one place for now, Riri was left with nothing to do for the moment. That's all well and good. Riri had never been to space before. The blackness of space and the stars as far as the eye could see, space had a beauty even Riri could appreciate. If not for the spaceship fleet hovering above the Earth. Seeing the fleet up close filled Riri with a sense of apprehension. It only reaffirmed her previous calculations. There was no way Earth would wind an all-out war against this army. From the length and diameter of its visible weaponry, the fleet's ships could easily destroy the planet thrice over. There's no way Mr Stark didn't know about this, right? For now, their camouflage seemed to be working quite well. While the fleet was preoccupied with the diplomatic envoy, their ship would stealthily plant powerful explosives throughout their formation in case discussions turned south. That was the plan at least. Knowing very minimal information about the fleet's capabilities and tactics, the chances of things going so smoothly was uncertain at best. --------------------

Given they were launching from the hangar of The Peak, SWORD's space station that had initially detected the Kree's approach, Doreen was far less excited than the others seemed to be. How they'd forgotten the journey up from the Earth's surface only a few hours ago, she didn't know. But maybe that was part of why she was in charge of this mission. Displaying the initiative to look out the window briefly on the first journey.
Not one to change tactics needlessly, she took another look once they were clear of the hangar, and part of the Kree ship was soon visible. She'd read the specs already that said how big the ship was, but knowing and seeing were two very different things.
"Chht Chkt khht!" "You said it, T. But it sounds like we're ready to dock, assuming the Kree let us. They'd almost certainly have started shooting by now if they were going to, though."
Some might consider this a chilling observation, but naturally Squirrel Girl meant it only in as positive a way as was Humanly (and Squirrely) possible. Still being alive was a strong indicator of that state of affairs continuing, and thus something to be highlighted to keep morale up as the mission proper began.
