"You need to play the game to have a chance at winning."

Black Bolt's first revelation had far less impact than Xavier had hoped, almost as if everyone had expected it. Perhaps used to more expressive compatriots, there were no notable thought alterations among the others around the table. Next, it was Stark's turn to speak. "Perhaps." Xavier replied to Stark's theory that the current Squirrel Girl was yet another Skrull. And yet she shares that possibility with everyone in this room. He thought, yet left unsaid. Just as well, Stark soon expressed the same suspicion and even Xavier despite all his telepathic might could not say with 100% certainty that he could pick out a Skrull copy from the genuine article. To most other events which occurred, the professor merely observed in silence. Namor's anger, Richards' response; both were a matter of personal sentiments with no bearing on the problem at hand. He had no shortage of such personal issues arising among his students, yet now was not the time to entertain it any longer than absolutely necessary. Strange brought up the possibility that he could also be a Skrull sleeper agent. While Xavier's knowledge regarding the mystic arts were limited, he was aware of its power and how dangerous it would be if a Skrull had mastered it. Charles could only hope that was not the case. Black Bolt spoke next, though he did not speak by the usual method, instead sending his thoughts and using Xavier as his mouthpiece, so to speak. This time, he would broadcast the Inhuman King's thoughts to the rest of the group telepathically, ensuring no information would be lost or altered, adding: "I find myself in agreement. Using the Infinity Gems in this situation would not be wise when our own identities and by extension, our motives are in question."And finally, it was Xavier's own turn. "I would also like to voice my own thoughts on the matter. While the Infinity Gems are of great import, I would point out that each of our roles here extends beyond our status as their wielder. Each of us presents invaluable viewpoints and interests in tackling the world's problems."In fact it was for that reason they were so different that each was entrusted with an Infinity Gem. "Yet as we have established, none of us are impervious. While Stephen brings up a good suggestion, what happens should one of us is discovered to be a Skrull copy, or any other event which leave us compromised or unavailable? Our interests and viewpoints would remain, yet with none to speak it."Knowledge is power. This commonplace saying holds true in every facet of civilization. To lose one member of the Illuminati would be a blow more dire than simply losing power and resources, it would also be the loss of a voice, a faction silenced. "I propose is that each of us appoint a reserve member, one who will present similar viewpoints and represent interests in our place should one of us be unavailable. For my part, I will appoint Henry McCoy, who some of you may know better as Beast. He is one of my first students and his knowledge and thoughts have been indispensable for the X-Men. If not me, I believe that Henry will be the best equipped to stand in my place on behalf of the X-Men and the mutantkind."--------------------
There is much that needs to be done.

Namor watched the holographic video with the events that had transpired in the lab, narrowing his eyes. He watched it with a very skeptical eye, trying to ascertain whether what he was seeing was an accurate recording or not. Seeing what looked like Sue dead on the floor only further enraged him, but watching her transform partially into a Skrull was rather alarming.
"How long have you suspected that she was replaced by one of these Skrulls?" he asked in a very gruff tone that indicated that he wasn't playing around and still was not at all happy that this information had been withheld for so long. It made him wonder if the Sue that had visited him in Atlantis was false.
From the conversation the others were having, apparently there were four confirmed Skrulls, and there was no telling how many more might be out there and impersonating some of those in the community. Their technology had improved to where they had almost all of the memories of those they took the place of along with an accurate copy of the DNA, which meant that it'd be virtually impossible to tell a Skrull from the real person.
But, what concerned him was more the talk about how one of them could be a Skrull and they had to not only protect the gems, but refrain from using them. At least Dr Strange was the sensible one with recommending that they keep no secrets. But it was also suggested that they create a buddy system and check in on the hour along with possibly selecting someone to represent them in this secret society as a second, should it be required. Even Xavier was quick to name someone to fill in for him.
"Hourly check ins? Coming up with a second? You speak of not keeping secrets, yet there is a distinct lack of trust. As King of Atlantis, I shall not stand for any to watch over my every move. To do so would mean to bow to another power, making the throne of Neptune easily usurped by those who crave to steal the power for themselves along with all of the secrets Atlantis has to offer," he pointed out firmly. "To appoint a reserve person assumes that there is at least one who knows all of the interests that we each carry upon our shoulders. No one in my kingdom, not even my cousin, bears that knowledge. I shall not be quick to appoint someone, who could turn out to be a Skrull, to serve in my stead."

REVOLUTIONARIES WAIT for my head on a silver plate JUST A PUPPET ON A LONELY STRING --------------------
"And a group meeting gathers us all in one place. If we're compromised, this is a good opportunity to try and wipe us out." Stark replied with a shrug, "That's kind of my point. There are no good answers, anything we do could be the wrong move. And we don't know for sure that the memory copy is one-hundred percent perfect and I figured if there was one thing any of us wouldn't let them have above all else it would be the gems." he explained. Reed was clearly suspicious, and he was right to be. Stark felt it too, the doubt in his heart. And he hadn't seen his wife turn into a skrull. The possibility that Natasha was one too wasn't lost on the man though. Strange spoke his piece next.
"Agreed. The only thing we can do right now is pick people to trust and just go with it." He also suggested a buddy system that had some merit to it. Stark pondered it over as Black Bolt chimed up in his mind, Xavier taking the easier route of broadcasting his thoughts directly.
"Maybe Lyja was an early invader? It is possible there are weak links, but we don't have near enough data to say for sure. I'm going to be putting all of my satellites on patrol scanning for Skrulls. If there are any weaker links that might come up, hopefully they'll detect them. It'd be nice if we could get a prisoner to interrogate, maybe get something to go off of." he responded. Xavier then spoke of the Illuminati as a whole and their responsibilities. His suggestion that they appoint seconds wasn't ill founded, but had some issues in it. Namor rejected the idea outright, along with the buddy system. He was clearly not in the best of moods, and understandably so. He was in the same boat as Reed, really.
"We only found out about her when she died." he responded. Though looking for a length of time, Stark figured he might know what the man was talking about. Sue had stayed in Atlantis for a time during the Civil War. This whole subject was likely to be a source of great... irritation to both Reed and Namor at this point. Tony spoke up first in an attempt to confirm the possibility without lingering on the matter too much.
"We have to assume Atlantis is compromised." he said simply, "As for the buddy system and the second... I could make a non-intrusive signaler that sends a simple alert to it's partner. No spying necessary. And instead of an hourly update, we could simply use it if we're attacked. I think all of us are capable enough to hold off some Skrulls at least long enough to trigger it. And they wouldn't know we have them, which is an advantage." Stark offered.
"And the second, I don't even know who I would trust with that. A bit difficult to choose given the circumstances..." he said. Stark decided to wait until he heard what others had to say and who they might choose as a replacement.

Reed had doubts about such a possibility, especially given each of their own capabilities. Something he'd quickly address as of this moment. "I doubt it'd be that simple, even for their forces, but that is concern we can alleviate through holographic projections. Though there are risks that come with that as well."Wireless communication could be hijacked at a moments notice, which could prove more troublesome if all of their secret meetings ended up being not so secret. That wouldn't be ideal at all. "However, given the fact that we're all here and unharmed, that at least assures me that either the Skrulls are unaware of our location, or that they're waiting to report back their findings later on, or that they or myself are unaware of our true nature as infiltrators. Whatever the case, it's best we start focusing on solutions rather than our problems."Stark would mention utilizing a non-intrusive signal beacon, indicating when one of them was under attack by Skrull forces. Reed decided to take the risk and volunteer for usage of such a device. It may give him possible insight on whether he could trust Stark or not, depending on the response-time after using the beacon. "Good that you mentioned these beacons. I've already had plans to create trackers that can be injected into the bloodstream, particularly so the Skrulls aren't able to remove it off our person so easily if they catch any of us off guard. They aren't ready for use just yet, but I can rework them to be connected to a small remote to provide this distress in case of an attack. They will also provide a secondary beacon in case the Skrulls do find a way to remove them from our bodies, and a tertiary signal in case the vitals of the tracked individual reach critical levels. Of course, I am also aware that not all of you would be open to having such a device injected into your bodies. Which is why I plan to volunteer first, and have all of you keep track if I signal for distress."Reed would try to read the room, keeping track of everyone's faces. He doubted people would be pleased with his ideas, but he needed to put them out there in the first place. "I also wish to ask if the rest of you have any methods of providing such beacons? Tony and I can manufacture our own devices to provide to everyone here, but I imagine there's a risk of some underhanded functions these devices could possess if either he and I were Skrulls."He'd then try to address the idea of having a second, which was something Reed couldn't afford to offer at this moment in time. "Speaking on providing a second, I am likewise, unable to provide such a member. It's been a bit...difficult to figure out who to trust after Susan..."He didn't really feel like finishing that sentence. Reed still found it hard to believe that his wife was gone, right under his nose. But still, he needed to move on and find her as soon as he could. "Anyways, Charles, I need you to look at something else."Addressing the two disks on the table, he'd press a button on both, showing a holographic projection of what appeared to be a 3-Dimensional brain scan featuring the real-time activation of various neurons throughout the organ. Reed would go on to explain to Charles (and everyone else) what these devices were. "These devices provide a holographic display of the MRI scans I did upon Susan's brain. I usually do these scans on each of us every few months or so, mainly in providing any data that could lead me to a cure on Ben's condition."He of course, was never able to find a solution to that issue yet either, but he promised his friend he would, given some time. Though that wasn't the matter at hand at this very moment. "One of these scans are with Susan right after our accident following that Solar flare. The other scan would be about 2 weeks ago. It should be noted that these disks have been manufactured to provide a particular signal that replicates that of a telepathic signature. I wanted to see if you would be able to read these signatures. If you can, tell me if you can spot the differences in memories and the like. That would be greatly appreciated."If Charles decided to do so, he'd easily see that one of the scans provided much more lifelong experiences of Susan Storm then the other. Things like her fighting with the rest of the Fantastic Four, her marriage, the children, and the rest of the wild adventures the team would have. The other scan's latest memory would be that of the accident. After that, it would just be consistent of her memories within ESU and beyond, with her brother Johnny and her past relationships. He would probably have seen these exact memories within the latest brain scan as well. Although, the other difference Charles may see would involve the haziness of the memories within the latest scan. He may find it difficult to fully read, like some memories are fading in and out, and some are like static, similar to that of an old television. Richards would probably be able to explain this phenomena as well, once Xavier explained what he read out loud.

"I believe observation and knowledge must precede action."
Strange was fully aware that his idea might not be taken to warmly by everyone present in the room. From initial reactions, it at least seemed like Xavier, Black Bolt, Reed, and Stark were open to the suggestion. However, when Namor made it abundantly clear that he wouldn't be partaking in check-ins, Strange frowned. Xavier's words rang true; beyond their membership to this illustrious and clandestine operation, each individual in this room carried tremendous weight on their shoulders in their personal lives as well. Strange could respect Namor's desires to hold on to his privacy as King of Atlantis, though sacrifices had to be made in the name of the greater good. He hoped that Namor would see that eventually. Still, Stark's suggestion was a strong one, simpler and less time consuming than Strange's. He nodded. "Beacons. A sound idea. More than anything, I feel knowledge of each other's status will be of paramount importance going forward, no matter how that's done." Strange looked Namor's way. "With respect to each other's privacy, of course."On the matter of a second, Strange was coming up empty. His first thoughts were to Wanda; she had power to rival his own at her best, a sharp mind, and strong knowledge of the occult. But that wasn't a responsibility he was willing to level on her without at least asking first. Clea no longer resided in their dimension, making her experience of limited use. It would be something he had to ponder going forward. Remaining undecided, Strange elected to remain silent on this matter for the time being as they deliberated amongst themselves. "I could peruse the artifact room in the Sanctum for something that would help with keeping track of each other. I'm sure I have something lying around," Strange offered to Reed at his question, "having a failsafe is never a bad thing."That solution doled out, Strange turned his attentions to the holographic projections Reed displayed to the group on the table. While Xavier attempted to root out any differences between the two, Strange leaned in for a closer look at the scans, seeing if his extensive neuroanatomy knowledge could glean any information.

What if I lose it all? Oh cousin, I will help you out! Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
The idea of a second brought a frown to the normally stoic façade of Blackagar's face. It made sense, but also had several problems. For one, if the skrulls could be anyone, they could already be among the most trusted of those arrayed in the meeting. Even if they weren't, a single skrull in their midst might glean an easier target than one of the six present to replace. This meant picking someone more than just trustworthy, but equal in power.
"My queen would be the obvious choice for my stand-in," the taciturn man thought to the group before giving a shake of his head, "But I would not see her become a target. So I choose instead... Adam Warlock." The monarch didn't bother explaining his reasonings. Getting ahold of him to serve as a second would prove difficult, of course, but not impossible.
The idea of a beacon was less difficult for the man to decide on. Especially once Richards suggested injecting trackers into their blood. This brought an emphatic shake of Black Bolt's head at the very idea. On that path, the risks far outweighed the gains. "I will accept more regular meetings, done on an irregular schedule, but tracking the whole of us?"
He let his gaze move across the table, from person to person, letting his actions suggest his concerns more than the thoughts broadcast by Xavier. He didn't have Namor's worry of being spied upon. If it benefited Attilan and his people, the Midnight King would accept any end. A way to find any of them at any time, however, left them too vulnerable and that left his people vulnerable.
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do!

Xavier also felt uncomfortable about the idea of constant surveillance through a tracker in one's bloodstream. Putting the Skrull threat aside, it would set a rather dangerous precedence, not to mention giving rise to feelings of paranoia. "I'm afraid I will have to decline as well." Xavier said. "History had shown that not even us aren't prone to momentary lapses in judgement, myself included. It is far too easy for such a device to be misused and turn into a detriment should circumstances lead us to disagreement. I'm sure that this would sound familiar to at least some of us." He turned to Stark, saying nothing, though his look would speak volumes. Likewise, Xavier understood the apprehension relating to his own idea of a second. Not everybody could immediately point out a trusted individual sharing their values and interests. "As for the second, there is no need to come up with a name this very moment, but I hope that we will all take this into consideration."Next, Xavier would take a look at the two brain scans as per Richards' request. Indeed the two seemed perfectly identical at a cursory glance. Yet at closer inspection, he noticed a difference. "How long after her death did you conduct this brain scan?" The professor asked. "I can see here that some memories have degraded, faded. And some of its finer details were lost completely."After death, it is natural for one's body cells to start degrading, including the brain. As a result of that, the knowledge and memories stored in the brain's neurons will start to degrade as well, until eventually nothing is left. Though he assumed that Richards had gleaned another conclusion from this, as the brilliant scientific mind of his often did. "What is the meaning of this, Reed?"--------------------
There is much that needs to be done.

Namor frowned at the idea that Reed had proposed of trackers injected into their bloodstreams. Namor had already rejected the idea of the buddy system and regular check ins, yet he came up with this so-called brilliant idea. At least Stark's idea was much more sensible and reduced the chance of potential misuse or unwanted spying.
"I shall not allow my royal blood to be tainted with something that could be intentionally abused. Although it may serve as a purpose now, what if actions are taken by any of us that raise doubts in the future? It would be tantamount of beholding us to your will, to spy on us as you see fit and take away the very freedom that your so-called country was founded upon and is the right of every sovereign nation on this planet, both above and below the great oceans that divide us," Namor pointed out, looking directly at Reed. He had expressed concerns before about the hourly check ins and buddy system, but this idea from the scientist and patriarch of the Fantastic Four seemed much worse. He was honestly very suspicious at the fact that Reed had persisted, even after his original objections, with this concept . . . one that he himself would likely control and left no system of checks and balances. "I shall not welcome any ideas that would allow my kingdom to become compromised through an idea such as this . . . an idea that could jeopardize the security of Atlantis and my people due to one man holding the strings."
He then turned to Stark and shared, "Your idea has more merit, so long as the device you propose does not actively give off any trackable signals until such time as when or if there is a need to activate it." Stark's idea seemed much more reasonable and based in logic since it entrusted each of them to hold off some Skrulls long enough to activate the signal and until assistance were to arrive. Even Dr Strange seemed willing to support the idea of respecting privacy, plus both Xavier and Black Bolt also seemed to have his own concerns about being injected.
Black Bolt named a second, although the individual he had named was an unusual choice. Most of the others refrained from doing so, just as he had, which meant that they likely were going to consider who they might choose in their stead. It was not an easy choice, even under the best of circumstances. He didn't blame anyone for not selecting someone right away when he himself had none that could serve should he be unable to. Not even Namora or Namorita, or his close advisors . . . they wouldn't know or be able to fully represent all interests of the Atlanteans and Namor's business interests.
The conversation then turned to the duplicate of Susan Storm and the scans taken, along with the differences between them and how some of the memories had degraded. He crossed his arms, his own suspicions arising but he believed it to be too early to voice them until more information was shared by those who had more extensive knowledge of the human mind . . .

Iron Man "I am Iron Man..." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Stark watched the transactions of devices like a hawk. It would immediately put Xavier and Reed under suspicion. As they normally were, of course, but a bit more so now. He was latching on to everything like a leech and sucking it dry of possibilities. If there was anything to be understood from these people, it was almost acting too in line with their personalities. Namor was being contradictory and uncooperative to a fault, as was normal. Xavier was being an pacifistic egomaniac, as was normal. Black Bolt was acting in coordinance to his people, as was normal. Strange was being mystical through his seriousness, as was normal. Reed was being cautious and analytical, as was normal. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, and Stark would feel that it'd almost be a beneficial experiment to throw them off of their normal selves to see what they show underneath... The problem was, he didn't know these people well enough. The way they were unhinged doesn't give him what he'd look for, plus it'd decrease the trust they had in him. "There's no reason we can't all make some form of device for the others. That way we've all got something keeping tabs on us from all of the tech we can trust. Plus, if one of us are indeed a Skrull, we still have something tracking us when we are swapped." He'd say, putting a hand to his chin. "Something else that I've been thinking about while sitting here, is the ineffectiveness of making sleeper agents that would actively work against the Skrull threat when it presented itself. It couldn't be that easy, the Skrulls aren't a prideful bunch. They're careful and calculated... If I had to guess, they've got someone pulling strings just like we are." He'd shrug, not liking this proposal any more than any of the others would. "Not to sow any self-doubts here, but have any of you found yourself unable to finish tasks related to this problem that you should normally be able to? It's possible they make the sleeper agents unable to complete minor tasks that you wouldn't even think of recording, but it also hinders progress in getting to the bottom of finding them."

As expected once again, Namor was highly against both ideas of a tracker or a substitute. At least Tony was able to suggest dumbing down the tracker concept to a simple warning beacon that only gave out the user's location in times of emergency. Of course, that would entrust the user themselves to be able to hold off the Skrull threat and be able to press the button to cause said distress signal. There was also the fact that it could easily be used to bring others to a trap if said user was a Skrull themselves. It was why he originally suggested the bloodstream tracker, for it would keep track of alleviated vitals that indicated stress. A proper warning system that wouldn't be abused or tricked by a Skrull imposter attempting to drag others into a dangerous trap by the press of a button. All in all, too many circumstances to keep track of, but perhaps he could work with Tony on some ideas to improve the concept. Or as Tony also suggested, have every person on the table be traced by a different individual via their own methods of surveillance. That may prove to be safest. For now though, he'd continue addressing his conversation with Charles. He needed Xavier's help to properly discern the memories of the False Sue and the real one. Plus, perhaps Charles could help him find the real Susan Storm in the process? When Charles asked how long after Reed took his scans, Richards would answer as promptly as he could. "I believe an estimate of about 38 minutes and 42 seconds after decomposition. I was in a bit of a state of shock before I had the bodily functions slowed down by placing the body within a makeshift stasis chamber of my own design. As for the readings themselves, they were exactly 8 hours, 41 minutes, and 28 seconds after she had passed away."It made it easier to focus on the numbers rather than the sight of her body. The state of distress he was in made his mental performances far slower, and it made him feel far too nervous wondering what was happening to Sue was of right now. "You probably noticed that the deceased has more...'hazy' memories for lack of a better term. But there most likely isn't far too much of a discrepancy between their memories at least until the date of the first brain scan of the living Sue. It is unfortunate that the decomposition may have been the lead factor in the memories 'muddled' appearance."With that out of the way, he'd ask Charles for the main reason of why he needed to read the brain scans that were projecting telepathic readings from these 2 disks. "Charles, could you put more emphasis on reading the device that holds brain scan 2? I believe the deceased may be capable of projecting old memories of their time within the Skrull Empire. Perhaps some kind of clue that will tell me where they may be holding Susan, as well as the others that may have been replaced under our noses?"If Charles could find this clue, then they'd all be one step closer to finding the rest of their friends and stopping whatever the Skrulls have in plan next.

"I believe observation and knowledge must precede action."
The seeds of dissent were slowly being sowed among them, it seemed, as suggestions to keep tabs on each other were flung about and shot down in equal measure. However, this luckily came to a close when a consensus was reached on establishing seconds to relay their whereabouts to at all times, and a less invasive manner of tracking each other's movements. Strange was a proponent of personal liberties. When the Superhuman Registration Act went into effect, he signed on as a courtesy to his fellow Avengers, not of his own accord. Were it up to him, none of this would be necessary. But as history had shown, at times, one's own feelings could not stand in the way of the greater good. He knew this all too well as Sorcerer Supreme. Strange examined the brain scans and listened to Reed and Xavier exchange their thoughts. He circled the table with his arms crossed. "As you've said, the degeneration is consistent with what we'd expect. But the secondary scan displays some anomalies I can't quite put my finger on," Strange added, paying particular attention to the most recent scan. He turned to Reed. "If the Professor can extract those memories, even pieces, I may be able to use them to piece together a clearer picture through a simple scrying spell."

What if I lose it all? Oh cousin, I will help you out! Oh, if the sky comes falling down for you,
With the conversation moving away from surveillance and towards more esoteric areas, Blackagar Boltagon leaned back in his chair. The man's fingers steepled together as he allowed himself to close his eyes and exhale. With everything they were seemingly facing, and at least four of their homes having already been proven infiltrated, the Illuminati's next steps would likely change the course of history.
Which is exactly what their gathering had been intended for, even if it made the Inhuman Monarch uneasy at times.
Years of discipline had left Black Bolt with one true skill, however. When to keep quiet, and when to speak. As the conversation moved out of his realm of knowledge, he simply quieted his mental frame, erecting the barriers that would shield his mind from intrusion, and allowed the capable men about him to parse the information.
When it was time for him to join in again, he would.
There's nothing in this world I wouldn't do!

"Oppression is no excuse for vengeance -- for murder."
Reed's synthetic brain scans were no substsitute for the real thing, and Charles' powers weren't optimized for such a method. Nevertheless, Xavier would still make an effort to try and read them.
He closed his eyes and let his mind feel out the scans. To picture such brains, and memorize "feeling" of their neurons as they moved. Thoughts that went in and out of focus, like the ocean's tide. Scenes of publicly-known events, or privately-known, intimate fears, thoughts and experiences.
"I was able to read the Skrulls memories," the man explained. "Though I wasn't able to get a clear and exact picture, I did get some flashes: a water-based civilization. The Kree homeworld. A laboratory with humans in stasis chambers, that would be anywhere. These could be future targets, or places they have already been."
The man held back a sigh. Not much help. But as he dug into through Sue's thoughts, he tried to find anything in her long-term memories that could put things in chronological order.
"The water-based world, at least, doesn't seem to be Atlantis. Likely, it's an alien world. I might be able to use Cerebro later to boost my abilities and comb over the scans with more accuracy later."
He hated to depend on his own child, especially since he knew little about her as it was. It was not her job to make up for his shortcomings. But in a time of crisis, he worried that he would have no other choice.
"... I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, Reed. But you have the full support or me and my X-Men, and I will talk to my daughter Xandra about assisting."
"I wonder... Does the death of innocent people free you? I think not."

And fathom that distance, the mad must reap Meet Namor sea lord, Prince of the deep Here for you to fear at any cost
With the debate over an alert device and choosing a second relatively settled for now, the meeting turned to the results of the readings from the mind of the imposter . . . from the mind of the woman that had fooled everyone into believing that she was Susan Storm, including himself. His own lust for Reed Richard's wife and his own desire to be with her had blinded him to even the tiniest subtle nuances and clues that she may not have been who she pretended to be.
It was best to keep that rendezvous a secret for now, lest it cause even more of an uproar among those gathered than things were already with the revelations that already been shared this day. Although his expression revealed nothing, inside he was fuming at how easily he had been duped by the Skrull.
With the discussion turning to more scientific matters, he held his tongue and listened to try and glean as much information as he could that might be helpful. What was curious were these hazy memories the fake Sue Storm apparently had, including a water based world as revealed by Xavier. There were were countless untold worlds in the galaxy, some of which contained life and either other species, but the fact that there was a world that was water based was fascinating to the King of Atlantis and piqued his interest.
"If there is a chance that Susan Storm may still be alive, whether on that water world or elsewhere, then we must search for her without delay. If we are successful in locating her, we may unlock the truth behind her impersonator before irreparable harm can be done," he recommended.

Iron Man [/font] "I am Iron Man..." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Reed watched over the brain scans as well. While this was tech, this wasn't the tech he was used to. Much like Black Bolt, he was getting out of his own depth here. He had always been anti-telepath, and boy did he not like how Xavier did things sometimes... But this was something big. He was glad that Reed was able to notice that doing needed done, and he was glad to know that Xavier was here to help with the brain games... The only difference was that Stark wouldn't stop speaking. That much was clear. "I'm with the idea of at least figuring out where to go, but I'm not fully with Namor here... We can't just rush in as soon as we get a signal. It could easily be a trap. With all due respect, I think we can all agree that Sue can handle herself. We all know emotions can't get the better of us. Hell, I think Richards knows that more than any of us."He'd not get up from his seat to go look at the brain scan because he didn't need to. Right now he was doing outward observations. Black Bolt was normally good at this, but he seemed to be sleeping... Which Stark knew it wasn't true, but the prospect made him feel better about the situation at hand. "I think a scrying spell would be very helpful, Strange, thank you. I will say again, that we are kind of in a position where we kind of have to start trusting each other a bit more to get through with this. One of us very well may be Skrulls right now. While I'm not saying that we can't go for some caution, I think it's just time we all take a breath and understand that we're all getting a little strung up. I can hear it in tones... Not that I've ever been good to manage my own stress." AppTrackerVoice Example
