Baxter BuildingThe known beacon of one of the first superhero families would find itself having one of the many large fantastical spacecrafts perched upon its landing pad. Reed had just finished up examining the specifications, and had made sure the ship was fully fueled with the necessary dark matter to make its distant trips into the far reaches of the unknown, or known in his case. He recalled his last meeting with the Illuminati, and his examination of the memories from the deceased Skrull imposter of his wife. The telepathic reader that he recreated allowed him to examine the memories on his computer within his think tank, running the images over and over within the holographic projector to try and recognize any key sites within the fragmented memories. After such careful examination, he had the coordinates of 3 different locations within the Milky Way galaxy that might have held a Skrull space station holding Susan. The tricky part would be make a team for the rescue mission. The Illuminati had made it clear to keep this invasion a secret for now, mainly to dull down the panic. Hence, Richards could only confide in the most trustworthy for this mission. That meant his family, Ben and Johnny. However, both have been busy, either out of the city or off world, handling missions of dire consequences. He didn't want to worry them further and distract them with the tragic news of Susan. So, he'd need alternatives. Namor was one choice he had in mind. The two would not work well together, he knew this. However, the man was already aware of the truth of Susan Storm. At the very least, he could trust the Atlantean King to aid him in this rescue. Though Reed had no doubt the man would hold this over his head for all time. The other choice was trickier. It made him unsure if he should tell her the whole truth, despite knowing the woman to definitely be the trustworthy sort. Instead, he'd play his cards close to his chest, sending a message to her to inform her that he needed her for an urgent mission into space. Chances her, she'd help out nonetheless. Richards would of course, feel bad about exploiting this trust, but this Skrull invasion made him anxious. He had to be careful how much information was worth divulging, and if he had to, at what time. That would leave the hero standing out in the sun, looking up as he pondered his thoughts. His skin would seemingly slowly "melt" as he felt lost in his mind. Perhaps someone could snap him out of it, like one of his children who may have been wandering outside on the landing pad, or even the two guests he asked to help him upon this mission. Time could only tell. I'm coming to get you Sue. Just you wait.

She-Hulk V2:
“Not too shabby,” The large emerald hued heroine of many teams, many moments in said teams said as she turned in the mirror. The color scheme was a bit classic. “Cuts a tad old school, but why not lead with a classic for the vibe, so glad I didn't go with the french cut on this.. eesh.” She critiqued as she slid on the old dress white full glove.
The call had come, and really it was the perfect moment as the rebuild was nearing its finality and Avenging life was calm. Probably right before a storm of course, but that was how it always played out--blah blah Master of Evil grrr..etc.
The heroine of course was Jennifer Susan Walters- dubbed in the popular media as “The Sensational She-Hulk,” Bombastic, maybe a little bit. But it was a tag she could live with easily; and had over the years. Trick was making it less “Bruce’s hot cousin” and more her own thing. "No pun Intended."
In fact really it was here and in this environment more than any the schism between herself and Jennifer as a separate self smoothed over, she had become whole. It was in retrospect a place, and a gig they both could agree on.. Right now, she wanted that again--perhaps needed it.
With teams like the Avengers, the Fantastic Four and even a little run over at Heroes for Hire she had done just that, made being a Hulk her own thing. Each had their own flavor, their own feel. None were like the FF however; none could be. There she was of course the aforementioned “She-Hulk” but also “Auntie Jen” which was impossible to replace as one of her favorite vibes, that of being part of a family.
It was no secret hers and Bruce’s family life was, well complicated. Being with the FF had been a great source of normal; granted with a heavy slice of “Lets go to a universe inside and that particular atom and fight guys who bend emotions or have Cosmic powers” vibe, but she wouldn’t trade it for anything. It had in many ways cemented who she was, who she became.
That being said, when the call had come, to help— she agreed. How could she not? Although she’d been a little out of touch due to various elements- but if there was need, she’d happily attend. Assured to see the far corners of intergalactic whatnots and likely have Reed break it down for all involved.
Travel was a snap of course; she soon found herself entering a space she’d not seen in so long, The Baxter Building— one that felt immediately inviting. Flush with all she had seen and done here, in this very uni she stepped up to the front reception. “Doctor Richards please,” she said with a smile, oh how the nostalgia flowed. “Jennifer Walters, I’m here to help.”

Accustomed to the supernatural, Disaster and madness
To his family, Franklin Richards was just a child. But he had experience beyond his age: he traveled to the stars in back. Survived Hell. Traveled through time and space, to many different worlds. Fought gods and monsters. Developed vast powers that made Celestials fear him. Yes, he was only fifteen years old. But beyond that, he'd spent his entire life doing things most heroes wouldn't even dream of.
And yet, he'd always be a child to his family. They loved him, and they wanted to protect him, but they rarely let him tag along as a member of the Fantastic Four. He would be left at home, living in fear for the day his family might never come back, because he wasn't able to help them.
Franklin stepped out of the doorway leading to the roof. Sneaky little thing, he was; many people at the X-Mansion had commented on his ability to appear at just the right moment, without any warning. Surely it wouldn't be difficult for him to sneak aboard.
His father had telepathic dampeners, so Franklin simply couldn't walk right past Pops and climb aboard. But with enough focus and sticking to the corner of his distracted father's eye, he might be able to hide in his father's blindspot with the aid of telepathic cloaking, then climb inside the ship. I mistake my daily life for peace

Hearing that the person he thought was Susan Storm was a Skrull was troubling enough for the King of Atlantis. She had grown close to him . . . very close, and they had spent time together during which time she . . . or rather the Skrull . . . had learned valuable secrets to his kingdom that could provide critical details to those that might want to exploit such information. They weren't outright weaknesses, but it did consist of knowledge that could be used against them.
Of course, the detail of his encounters was something that he kept from Reed Richards and the rest of the Illuminati. If they had learned of Susan's infidelity, regardless of whether or not it was a Skrull, it likely would have torn the group apart.
Still, he hadn't been the only one who was keeping secrets as even Richards had done so as well.
It was very plausible that if a Skrull had taken her place, the real Susan Storm might be alive somewhere. Had Richards been less than . . . fantastic . . . in excluding him from any effort to locate and recover her from wherever she was currently located, he would never have forgiven him. Of course, being included on this mission was something he could potentially hold over Reed's head so either way it could be considered as a win for Namor.
Namor had flown through the air after leaving the Atlantic Ocean, wearing a black outfit with gold trim and a gold belt that bore Neptune's trident. Immediately spotting Reed along with She-Hulk. Giving the green giantess a nod of greeting, he announced to the Fantastic Four patriarch, "I am here as you requested, Richards. How long before we depart on this mission?"

Baxter BuildingAs his face slowly "melted" in the sun, he would suddenly find himself returning to reality as he heard the voice of Herbie speak through one of his ear pieces. "Dr. Richards, Jennifer Walters has just entered the Baxter Buidling. Namor himself is also only a matter of 1.218 kilometers, 1.119 kilometers, 0.924 kilometer-""I understand Herbie. He's on his way. I'll stay alert and make sure preparations are complete. Thank you again Herbie."Dismissing the bot, Reed would look aboard on one of the consoles detailing the specifications of the ship aboard the landing board. Making sure that everything was tiptop shape, he'd await the first arrival of Jennifer, unaware that his own son had snuck onto the ship while Richards was daydreaming. Next would be Namor, who wouldn't take too long after his famous verdant friend. With them both here, Reed realized it would be time to go onboard to the mission. His only regret was that the rest of his family couldn't be here in their stead. But that's a worry for another time. "Thank you both for coming here. As you both know, the mission is more of a reconaissance than anything else. We're attempting to locate a hidden space station that I detected within my studies amongst the Milky Way Galaxy. Several hidden stations in fact. I believe they may belong to an unknown alien invader, given each of their approximations towards our own planet. Now I can't be too sure, but I want to play it safe in case some alien force decides to take their own shot on invading our planet. I believe we've all had enough of that."He'd look towards Namor, expecting him to keep the Skrulls a secret for now. If he did decide to tell She-Hulk here and now, he'd risk any amounts of bugs or spies that could be listening in at any moment. The best time to share this news would be out in space, where he could then ask her to keep her discretion. If any news sources or worst got a hold of information that they were already invaded and replaced by various Skrulls, the paranoia could cause mass devastation amongst the planet. That was something they'd need to avoid at all costs. "Anyways, we can talk more aboard the ship."The doors to the space ship would automatically open, inviting everyone else inside. If the duo do enter, they'd first find themselves aboard the command bridge. There, they'd find various seats to strap themselves into once it takes off. There were also various other rooms, some of which were personal sleeping quarters in case the trips take longer than anticipated. Though, given the dark matter fueling the engines, that wouldn't be too much of an issue. For now, this would be a good opportunity for the two to situate themselves as they look around one of the many fantastical space ships belonging to the team.

Jen nodded as Reed laid out the general rationale for the call. “Yes of course, well if that’s the plan we will have quite the fire team if push comes to shove.” She offered with a smirk s she cast her emerald gaze on Subby. “Been a while since this gamma gal launched herself into the great beyond, lets hope this time I don’t get called a Skrull.” She quipped lightly as those assembled would ready and head to the ship.
Once inside she’d look for what she called the “Bashful-Benji” chair, usually the biggest sturdiest chair for those with a little more oomph. So long as it wasn’t the pilot’s nest she sit and lean back casually. Letting her eyes roam the high science displays and arrays and all of that sort of stuff. Hardly a brute Hulk, but going on a Fantastic four run really reminded you of the brains behind the team and had a way of making you want to do and be more to fit in.
If there we harasses or belts she’d apply then and kick back letting Reed go on if his was a more formal run down or just relax and wait for the “Star Wars” magic to begin. if there were any ideas concerns or "Must Do's reed would clue her in, the man was after all practical the pinnacle of team leads..that was very common knowledge.

Namor nodded slightly when Reed thanked both of them for coming and explained how the mission was more recon than anything else. Apparently, they were tasked with trying to locate several hidden space stations that may belong to an alien invader. Although he knew the real reason of concern, he at least had enough discretion to not reveal it in such an open area. This may be the Baxter Building, but even here there was a potential that someone could overhear their conversation through remote means.
The fact that it wasn't being discussed now meant that this was not the appropriate time to discuss such a sensitive matter. Apparently, Reed intended to talk more once they were on board the ship. Appropriate as they could have more privacy in the cold depths of space that they could not achieve here even with the technology developed by the so-called Mr Fantastic.
Once the doors opened, he allowed She-Hulk to board the ship before following behind. Once inside, he noticed the composition of the command bridge, including the various instrument screens and displays, some seats with harnesses to provide a secure and stable place to sit during more turbulent parts of the flight, and a couple of doorways that led to other sections of the ship. He wasn't certain what rested on the other side of the doors, but that may be something to determine later during this journey.
He strode over to one of the seats and strapped himself in, listening to She-Hulk as she remarked about how it had been a while since she had last been to space and hoped that she wouldn't be called a Skrull. "Neptune forbid," he agreed, choosing his words carefully to purposely avoid any indication of what they may be up against. "With any luck, this foray into space will be smoother than your last."

S.T.U.U.E. VesselOnboard the Space, Time, and Unknown Universe Exploration Vessel, or S.T.U.U.E. for short, Reed would allow his teammates to get acquainted with their surroundings onboard the ship. The cockpit would each have red colored leather seats with metal harnesses similar to what you would see on a rollercoaster ride. There would be a door that would automatically open behind them if they decided to exit the cockpit. There, they would be in the main-hub, which would connect to the various other rooms and private quarters. Though for now, Reed would spend time in the cockpit within the pilot's seat. The co-pilot seat of course was reserved for Ben, in case they'd need to maneuver the ship through more dangerous debris and required skillful flying. But given the man wasn't here, this responsibility would be left to Reed. For now, he'd type in the coordinates for their first stop. A quadrant known as MW-AQ124, which hosted a planet with a largely aquatic ecosystem. This would be mainly why he'd bring Namor around, in case there were threats involved in the seas that he could deal with in a swift manner. Hopefully, they wouldn't have to deal with any violent actions on their journey, but knowing the Skrulls, he had doubts about such hopes. For now, he'd inform his teammates onboard about the extra features the ship would come with. Some of which was adapted from the other space ship the 4 had used called the Fold Ship. "Whenever you all take your seats, you'll notice that a panel will open up on one of your arm-rests. I recommend everyone put on those wrist-bands. They'll guarantee life-support, even within the coldness of space itself. Providing oxygen and regulating temperatures within various environments, with some lethal exceptions of course."They would also help to extract oxygen from other more dangerous atmospheres within different planets, if no viable oxygen was available from the start. That would help refill the "air" tank if you will over time, since the support bands do technically rely on a limited supply. Though this supply is still quite large, able to sustain users for up to 24 hours. He had worked extensively on improving his past space suit technology, eventually leading to these bands. Hopefully, he'll be able to improve on the technology even further to provide even convenience to future space travelers, such as themselves. Especially if he has to go on more missions to find Susan.

Settling in, Jennifer strapped in as reed began the rundown. Lifting the band, she examined it as the general specs were given. Breathing was certainly a thing all Hulks had to be aware of, not much use in being tall, lean and Gamma green if you gassed out mid fight or whatever was lined up in the pipe.
“Not bad, very Fitbit 3000.” She offered in appraisal with a smirk as she attached it over one the snow white gloves of the retro Uni.
“If push comes to shove how fragile is this are we talking?” A valid question since if there was a wall to go through, as there had been more times than female supreme court justices times five as she saw it. Better safe, than sorry and caught holding your breath for a space swim back to the ship.
Settling back for the ride the Gammazon stretched, it could be a long flight-or a Reed special of fifteen minutes or less; either way, might as well be comfy right?

Accustomed to the supernatural, Disaster and madness
One of the upsides of being a precog is the ability to plan ahead, knowing what you would need. As the others talked about the wrist bands, Franklin rolled his own around in the palm of his hand. While he couldn't see the others, from his own little hideaway in the ship, he could at least listen to their conversations.
Hold on, Ma, the boy thought to himself. We're coming to get you.
And with that, the boy leaned down on his side and rested his head against a pillow. In his mind, sleeping might be his best strategy: his visions of the future came through dreams. With those visions, there was the chance that he could get a head's up on what was to come. Some hints about the future, or dangers that they could hopefully avoid. I mistake my daily life for peace

Namor checked the harness to make sure that it was secure before looking around the cockpit. Even though he had previously encountered the Fantastic Four's technology in the past, the vessel that they were sitting in impressed him. The information on the screens was well presented and not difficult to read the data on there. It seemed that, in the short time since the clandestine meeting they had both attended, Reed had determined a list of possible locations to search for his missing wife.
Reed began to explain about the panel in the arm rests just as the one where he sat opened up, revealing a device inside. He pulled the item out and examined the wrist band, finding it to be relatively small and compact, not too cumbersome It was sized perfectly to where he could fit it under his own arm bracers that he wore, thus hopefully providing it a bit of protection considering the function that it was intended to serve.
He listened as She-Hulk asked about how fragile the devices were. He gave a nod to where she was seated, finding that a very logical and important question. He had already taken the precaution of putting it under one of his bracers for added protection, but the others did not seem to have that luxury.
After she had asked her question, the King of Atlantis had decided to inquire, "What is required to recharge one of these units and how long does it take to achieve a full charge? Have you designed any contingencies in the devices if we exceed the 24 hour time limit?" His questions were just as logical since it'd be important to know how much down time was needed to bring the devices back up to full charge again as well as what options they'd have to take if they were to exceed the 24 hour time frame.

With Reed typing in extra commands on board the ship's computer, his comrades would of course have more questions to ask about the unique life-support bracelets that he had invented. It made sense to be so curious. After all, curiosity is at the core of what science is all about. Without the need to discover the unknown, what good are life's greatest mysteries? So, he'd answer in the order he heard the questions. Starting with Jennifer, in regards to the durability of the device. "The life-support bracelets had to be tempered and tested in a variety of environments, mainly since I'd need to use them with my usual teammates. Benjamin himself struggled quite a bit when he attempted to crush the device in his hands, though he inevitably succeeded. To be more precise, I believe the device itself would withstand about 200,000 psi."He'd have to go into a bit more detail on the specifics, such as its heat resistance as well. "Of course, if your afraid about it somehow getting burned up in case of some strange phenomena on our adventures through space, fear not. I also made sure the device would be able to even 254367.83 Kelvin. Sadly it was unable to withstand Johnny's so called "Nova Flame", but I doubt we'll be venturing towards the sun anytime soon."He'd also have to talk about the slight shielding the device does provide. "I should also note the bracelets provide a hidden shield that is "skin-tight" and fully surrounds the human body. This is how it helps to provide the regulation for our body temperature, as well as the continuous supply of oxygen. But I wouldn't rely on this shielding to protect against any heavy blows. Hence, I recommend to not take any lethal hits, though I believe that won't be much of a problem for either of you."Now to answer Namor's questions. "As for charging the device, I have worked it out that the device is capable of working on approximately a week-long timer. In case it does run out of power to provide the basic life-support functions, you just have to place it right back on the slot within your seat for the ship's onboard power-supply to take its course in recharging it."He also imagined he was referring to the oxygen supply as well, particularly if it runs out. "For the oxygen, the device itself also pulls and defuses various molecules in the air to "refuel" it's own air-supply, so to speak. So the 24 hour time-limit is mostly in referral to how long the device can keep us alive within a vacuum. Hence, if it is about to run out, the best bet would be to reach an area that possesses oxygen to refuel the supply. I don't imagine that should be a problem for us, unless some type of disaster occurs to separate us from the ship."Reed would have no finished typing in the commands. The crew would soon start to feel the rumbling of the ship, signaling to them that it was time to take off. "I recommend everyone buckle up. It's going to be a long flight."Reed would think to himself, as he strapped himself into his seat. I'm coming Susan. I'm going to bring you home.

After belting up she leaned back to take on the answers as reed offered them with his usual exacting, deep dive method. She nodded that she understood the answer to her specific questions, “Got it, thanks, sounds study enough that honstly, there should be no issues.” She had the utmost faith in reed and his work, super scientists could go a little around the bend time to time but she always felt on solid ground with Reed Richards.
As he moved on to namers specific questions she kept an ear open. You could after all never have too much information hen you found yourself launching into the great beyond. “Good to go here,” she offered a thumbs up, then stretched a bit to loosen up, time to get right back hip deep in the cosmic. It was still a very strength heavy expedition, that offered a few possibilities as to what could go down, but most likely I was luck of the draw. Anything else Reed would have been direct about it, that was usually a practically universal constant.
She spared Namor a delighted smirk clearly just delighted to get off the Earth for a bit, and with the very best in the sciences as their tour guide. “Who knows, we might get a little action and see the far reaches of space, who could pass up such a good time am I right?”

Accustomed to the supernatural, Disaster and madness
"Alright, alright," Franklin whispered to himself. "You're rambling. Start taking off now."
Of course, Franklin already knew the ins and outs of his father's invention; he'd listened to his father explain it once before, and had Valeria explain it to him again shortly after he had made the decision to sneak aboard. Anything else, he could probably take from his father's mind. As much as he hated invading peoples' privacy, he was prepared to take what he needed in case of an emergency. His father would understand if he told them.
Finally though, his father would tell them to buckle up. From his secret compartment, Franklin would have no seatbelt. But he had several bungie cords tied to the door, which he could easily lock in place. Tying himself down would reduce the bouncing around he'd do, and it'd be a cinch for him to keep himself steady with his telekinesis. He was ready for this. I mistake my daily life for peace

Namor listened carefully as Reed Richards answered She-Hulk's query first. He had to commend her questioning as it was it was just as legitimate as his own, but even more so due to needing to know the durability of them. Both he and She-Hulk were powerful with immense strength, so how the devices would hold up would be an important fact to know. The last thing they needed was for it to be shattered with a single blow from an adversary.
Of course, Reed shared how the devices were tested by Benjamin Grimm himself and they were able to withstand a high amount of pressure as well as a high degree of heat. While it apparently wouldn't protect them from being in the middle of a sun, it was apparently very significant. It also provided a hidden skin tight shield that helped with regulating body temperature, but also supplying oxygen. The shield wasn't durable, so it could not be counted for protection against lethal his.
Reed had had then addressed his questions regarding how long the charge for the device lasted as well as charging it, as well as how long the device would provide oxygen in a vacuum. While it didn't seem like it would last as long as the other features. The patriarch of the Fantastic Four however did not foresee that they might face such a disaster that might test the limits of the oxygen supply on the devices.
Namor had simply nodded to indicate that he accepted that answer as satisfactory. Inwardly, though, he hoped that they wouldn't have to put the devices to a full test.
She-Hulk had smirked and shared a comment about how they may get a little action and see the far reaches of space . . . even asking who might pass up such a good time. "You may yet get your wish, Jennifer Walters. There is no way to predict what threats we might encounter on this quest," he acknowledged.
Reed had then mentioned how this was going to be a long flight and recommended for all of them to buckle up. He had already been buckled into the seat for the take off, but upon hearing Reed he suggested, "Due to the length of the flight, I recommend we take shifts with piloting the vessel. It will give us a chance to ensure that we are all well rested for what might lay ahead of us."
