Enter the Vampyre(Open Street level)

Morbius


     New York a city of hope and despair. People do not realize there is a whole other world beneath the hustle and bustle of the big apple. Darkness has now entered the all-encompassing city. The Purifiers brought in a new kind of enemy to walk among the streets. Some kind of Demonic vampire creation and unleashed it on New York. On the Empire State building a Vampire known by the name of Morbius watched the city looking for his next meal.

Four blocks over:

     A young woman in a tattered blue dress ran down a dark alleyway screaming for help frantically. This just as a bystander approached her, four shots rang out as a scream of terror from her came out she watched the young man who was a bystander fall to his death. She makes it wounded out to a police officer, she was wounded and bleeding crimson blood all over. She was very disoriented they kept her very heavily drugged. She mentions with her last words to Sgt Ryan. That she escaped out of a large blue van headed for a place called Hell's kitchen, that was the last thing she heard before her escape and some of the men were coming for her and two were officers.

     Sgt Ryan quickly traveling in his patrol car headed to the hospital as dispatch overhears the women telling him what happen. Moments later the cop car explodes and crashes hard into a tree. Three vampyres (Vampires with a y mutated vampires) emerge from the dark alley way making their way to the car, the woman was unconscious and the officer dead laying in a pool of his own crimson blood. The armed men who took out the police car began shooting at the Vampyres one fell to the ground, then stood up healing slowly as the others took off in different directions encircling the armed men who they quickly dispatched by tearing them up and begun feeding on them. One man rose up with a good chunk flesh missing out of his torso, he was now one of them but a weaker version. The Lady laid unconscious as 4 Vampyres moved in towards her.

For as much as Josh Parker wanted to deny he was a clone of Peter Paker, he seemed to follow much of his brother's habits including just patrolling the city when it seemd like he was needed.

"you know most normal people in a normal big city normal people would go clubbing..." he mumbled to himself.

And of course, as if on cue he heard gunshots.

Spidercide could only watch as a bloodbath seemed to erupt from a distance. He saw 4 mysterious figures approch a woman that seemed to be unconscious.

THWIP!!

"Hey now I have no idea what crazy things you got planned and somthing tells me I don't want to know!"

going by the seat of his pants he webbed her up and pulled her into his arms putting her gently on the ground a safe distance from the four figures. He then tackled one of the figures to the ground landing in a crouch getting a closer look at the woman's attackers and they all looked like something out of Dracula.

"Woah. Not sure if you guys gpt the memo but Halloween was several months ago."

One of the vamps tried punching him only to find his punch stopped mid swing much to his surprise. Spidercide held it and squeezed hard, the vampire groaned as bones could be heard popping and snapping.

"Ok then."

Spidercide bent the vampyre's arm backwards, before kicking him in the boys and slaming him into the ground. His Spider-sense went off as two of the others slashed at him with thier claws barely missing him.

"Too close, too close a little too close..." another take down followed by another, but none of these guys would stay down for too long. After a while they seemed to just heal and get back up.

*Great, juuust great. it's like I'm fighting four Wolverines!*

Morbius


"I am looking for a new study. You have to be kidding me, I've seen this kind of vampire before years ago they look a little different. We will call them Vampyre with a y to distinguish them from the others. There DNA might be different, I must study them. They are acting in a group mentality seems a bit odd like a colony of some type, I'm too late, they already changed her perhaps can still save her. Is that Spider-man?"

Morbius is now checking out a area where he heard a gunshot and a scream. His sight picked up different heat signatures. Morbius glides in for a better look and join in the fun. He watches as Spider-man attempts to stop them. 'This Spider-man seems a bit different, also I must be in need of some plasma. The blood might set me at ease with this.' Morbius moves in closer. Observing the Vampyres as they set up a new formation, he seems confused as this is a bit odd.

"Good day Spider-man, are you in need of assistance? I'm guessing your other suit is in the cleaners. Prehaps you should upgrade to Louis Vuitton; I heard it is all the rage these days."

"Excuse me!? Mikey, come on!"

A flash of several web lines and another flash of red and blue - this time colors in their right place - takes the Living Vampire by surprise.

"You'd think after all the years of these run-ins, You'd know I'd never invert my costume like that!"

He landed on the wall adjacent as the web lines he formed around Morbius went taut. He knew from all the run-ins with him over the years he would cut through them with his claws within moments, but it would definitely catch him by surprise either way.

*MOMENTS BEFORE...*

A routine patrol turned into Tim Burton's wet dream as three vampires (at least it looked like vampires at any rate), three men with guns, and - unless his lensed covered eyes deceived him - his murderous clone better known as Spidercide trying to engage them while about to be blindsided by Michael Morbius. Clones, Idiots, and Vampires, oh my... thought the original webslinger. While he was tempted to just ignore this and let everybody just cause mutually assured destruction, the man underneath the mask - Peter Parker - would not forgive himself if anybody got hurt. Even dummies with guns. Sighing heavily, he made his way off a webline, using the arc of the adjacent alley to cut through, and catch the Living Vampire off guard.

*NOW...

Eyeballing Spidercide attempting to duck the vampires, he used his distance on the wall to rapid fire multiple web shots to back the swarm up off his wayward clone and with that, eyed the idiots with the guns.

"Unless you want to be mince meat, GET INSIDE!" He barked harshly. Fortunately, they were smarter than most criminals looked and made a run inside the nearest deli.

Spidercide looked at his orginal template. not saying anything at first. *Great he had to show up. Just what I needed * Spidercide thought to himself. Last time they had met in person, Spidercide was...kind of a in a murderous delirious State that resembled john Carpenter's The thing, plus it wasn't exactly a secret how much The OG hated his clones. They talked too much and imediatly old wounds would open and the last thing either Spider's had time for right now was to get into it. Plus Spidey did go in for a save.

"Obliged." was all he said before turning to the woman. "Hey there are you Ok?"

The woman let out a a series of groans that soon turned into snarls. Her teeth began to elongate into fangs and then her skin became pale while her ears turned pointed, She had already been bitten. her eyes shot open and she lunged toward Spidercide when suddenly... *PEW!*

A little while before...

It had been a fairly mediocre night for Joyce Delaney. Really things had been fairly quiet tonight...which meant that all heck was about to break lose. the last 45 minutes consisted of "debating" with Duffy about who would win in a fight, Hulk or Thing. Duffy was Team Hulk, Joyce as little engaged as she was, was surprisingly Team Thing

"I'm telling you, Hulk is the Strongest hero at thier. He'd One Punch Thing."

"Naw, they fought several times before. Hulk maybe stronger, but Ben's got way more heart than Hulk does. It'd be close but Thing would be the one walking away on two feet."

"Yeah well I still think hulk is the strongest thier is." Duffy took a swig of garlic juice. Joyce Grimaced she didn't know why he kept drinking that stuff. She liked Garlic as much as anyone, but...as a spice...or a sauce. She couldn't help wince as he started chugging. 


"Why do you drink that stuff? It makes your breath smell like an Italian restaurant."

"How about Better Blood Pressure, Lower Cholesterol  Reduced Risk of Heart Disease, An Improved Imunne System. Better Athletic Performance. Stronger Bones, Improved Memory  AND Better Skin. I'm telling you if anything is a superfood, it's garlic. Not to mention the fact that it repels vampires."

*Bzzzt Crackle.* "all units all units please responde. We have a sighting of somthing that looks like vampires. All unites please respond...All units...!*

Joyce looked over ar Dudccy who floored it. Once they reached the location of the distress signal, Duffy's eyes widened not at the vampires but at the fact that there were seemingly two spider-men of oppisite colors and a vampire fighting other vampires. 

Duffy let out a curse. "Wait Vampires

"Welcome to New York." Joyce muttered shaking here head.  she sat in the car for a few secounds thinking of how to handle the situation when an ida occured to her. 

"You remember those Syringe guns you made for your Medic cosplay?"

"Yeah?"

"We still have them in the trunk?"

"What'cha thinking?"

"That your Garlic juice may be good for something besides just stinking up the car. Come on!"


Joyce and Duffy got out of the car and removed the syringe guns from the trunk, filling the syringes with Garlic Juice and enough tranqualizer to knock out a grizzly bear. As Joyce loaded her's she saw a feamle vampire twitch and lunge at Spidercide. She took a carefully aimed shot.  *Pew!*


NOW 

The woman who turned instinctively touched her neck as she felt something pierce it. Soon she began to feel dizzy before she fell limp and hit the ground. She wasn't dead but the garlic cocktail would prevent her from shrugging off the tranquilizer. 

Joyce activated the police sirens to get the other Vampyers attention and it worked as they all began to roar collectivly in a frenzy, in their frenzy however they seemed tunnel visioned as they all got directly hit by garlic tranqs. 

"Yeah!" Duffy shouted. "NYPD for the Win! Eat it you bloodsucking creeps!" he proceeded to do an air guitar solo.

Joyce however simply walked onto the scene professionally and showed her badge. 

"Hold! Detective Joyce Delany, NYPD!"

She walked over to Spidercide and offered him a hand. "You alright?"

Spidercide got up and nodded before looking at Morbius. "No Killing! Got it?!?"

Joyce looked over at Morbious "Michael Morbious, your reputation precedes you." she offered him a handshake to Michael. when she saw Peter Parker from the corner of her eye her face turned to him. Her face took that icy look it gave when she was visibly angry, upset, or frustrated.

"Hello, Spider-Man." She said stoically. She figured at some point given her line of work that they'd run into each other again, but she never figured it'd be this soon. Meanwhile, Ducky looked like he was about to geek out."


"Wait, so the Blue Spider thing was not just a costume change, there are literally two spider-men running around in New York? Awesome!"

Joyce's eyes never left Peter's though and her face started to turn from icy to just straight up into a scowl. Spidercide touched her shoulder. "Hey, we got other things to worry about right now We can worry about...you know who later?" 

Joyce nodded regained her composure and looked to Morbius. "Are these guys friends of yours?" she asked referring to the now sedated vampires.

Morbius


Morbius was about to find a victim to feed on. Web lines formed around him as he made his way further in the area while the other possible hero Spider-cide was causing a commotion. The officer dead laying in a pool of his own crimson blood nearby. A decent fire made by an exploding cop car was also causing a small scene getting close to a building. Spider-man let the possible bad guy's head to the deli. Morbius took note their scent. Just when Morbius began to tear up the webs lines some cops arrived. Morbius was just a little bit infuriated at the cop woman who shot the woman he was trying to help. His blood lust was starting to come forth, but he managed not to act. The fact that he is probably wanted for a few murders even know they were bad guys might be a problem soon. Morbius realizes that the Vampyres all have the same scent. He sees Spider-man was preoccupied as Morbius gets ready to drop one of the Vampyres.The cop who created his anger looked like someone from a long time ago, but he could not place it.

"They seem to have some type of coagulate on them like they were birthed. They are a hybrid of a Demon and a Vampire man made of some kind; there genetic structure is similar to something I fought years ago. And you all... why cause chaos we need to work with each other this does not need to be this way."

Morbius starts getting irate but it has nothing to do with Spider-man at the moment it is the cops. He calms down enough to not become what he hates the most. He begins to fear conflict growing hungrier at the minute trying to suppress his blood lust as the Vampyres start getting back up. His eyes start to become a vibrant red like a fire truck.

"Spider-man let me feed on the bad guys and help this woman get cured, no need for conflict at the moment, as for the rest of you, I would kindly leave if I were you. The women in question you shot is coming with me. And these corpses when I finish with them for study... NYPD, I do not need your help. Friends of mine ARRhhh... You fools, they are manmade this world is full of atrocities, the world is not in need of your laws, they aren't helping anyone; shouldn't you be at a donut shop. Other Spider-man, No killing really, don't get me started aren't you a murderer?"

"Hello, Spider-Man."

Spider-Man blinked behind the mask as he realized who it was with the badge. It took a second longer to realize it was not Gwen, but her clone, whom he hadn't seen in almost a decade. To his knowledge, she took the name of Joyce and left New York. Now she's here with the NYPD? One crisis at a time, Parker.

Spider-Man only let a heartbeat or two pass before giving Joyce a short not of acknowledgement that he saw her before his attention immediately snapped back towards these vampires who were slowly getting back to their feet.

Ok, not actual vampires. Meaning human. Noted, thought the webhead as he prepared his body to strike, allowing every muscle to coil. Human maybe, but this was going to require a bit more force than needed. Because human meant they could be knocked out.

"One, you know I cannot let you do that, Morbius. Two, yes he is. Three, there's only one Spider-Man despite what social media would have you believe, and four - -"

He leapt at blinding speed so quick that even Morbius' enhanced eyes would have had slight trouble registering where he was. Springing to the floor, clear over the head of Joyce and her police buddy, clotheslining the infected - for want of a better word, "vampire" - with such force that the wind came right out of him, quickly firing a webline to the second one yanking him forward while using the thrust momentum to front flip with a vicious kick to the gut, and then an open palm karate chop right to where the pressure point would be before he even touched the ground. The force would have been lethal to most humans, but given their seeming enhanced durability, he racheted up his strength a notch, not in the mood for playing around. Checking for breath of the second one (he wasn't sure if this disease stopped pulses), he was satisfied after five seconds of complete silence.

"- - Morbius was right: These people need help,"

It did not go unnoticed that the joking tone that was there seconds ago was no longer there. The time for joking had passed.

Duffy noted some of the vampires getting back up and shot them again. In spite of Peter's rather impressive feat neither Spidercide nor joyce were going to acknowledge it. They both disliked Parker for various reasons so they were not going to give him a cookie. 1 good hustle didn't make up for everything else. Especially knowing at the end of this Peter was just going to continue to treat them (in their eyes) like hot garbage.

Meanwhile, Spidercide, reading Morbius's body langauge he could tell the hunger was starting to get to him. so he went over and grabbed Morbius's wrist injecting some of his own blood through the pores of the Living Vampire's skin. With Morbius's vampire DNA it would neutralize any mutating effects of Spidercide's blood turning it into regular blood at least he was 99% sure that would be the case..

"The man known as John Diaz is dead. We didn't exacly get along well so we split up. I Ripped him apart after a nasty fight, turned out he didn't actually kill his victims...just trapped him in his flesh and made them feel like they were being digested for an eturnity like being trapped in a sarlacc pit, guess who has two thumbs gets to pay the therapy bills. There, that should be enough blood. How are you feeling?"

Joyce decided to respond to Morbious's other comments.

"Sorry Doctor, but everyone involved here is coming to the station. You can help the Blue Spider-Man Research these things when we get to the station, speaking of which..." She turned to Spidercide. "...do you think you can help the woman and the rest of these people?"

"I mean if it's the result of mutated or damaged DNA I can repair it but I need to learn just what exactly I'm dealing with and even then fixing DNA isn't like plucking a splinter out of your skin. I got to get in there at a micro-microscopic layer and work very carefully. I'll need time."

"Noted. Duffy take Mr. Morbius and the woman to the station. I've got to wait for backup to take these other guys. How long will that garlic tranqs work?"

"Well if she's like your standard vampire, that garlic will keep her from burning through the tranqs and it's strong enough to knock out a grizzly so...8 hours."

"Good but if she wakes up or Morbius tries anything. Shoot them with another garlic Tranq."

"Yes mam. Come on Morbi time to go..."

Joyce looked to Spidercide. "I need you to stay with me in case these others get up too quickly. They seem to burn through the tranqs faster." She then looked to Peter. "Look I know I can't stop you from doing what you do...and I'm not going to try. But we only work together for the sake of professionalism, outside of a job we agree to go our separate ways. Deal?"

In the back of her mind it was only going to be a matter of time before such an arrangement went belly up, but she wanted to save face and avoid an awkward conflict at least for now.

OOC note: PLEASE DO NOT KILL DUFFY he's a reoccurring NPC and I might app him as a support at some point.

Morbius

"You... Yes, you... I know who you are. You're a daughter of a cop. My distain grows."

Morbius being still rather weak spots one of the people heading towards the deli with a deadly bite and will change soon. He looks around and sees people were starting to let their guard down. He perceives the Spider-Cide coming to him. Still fighting off his hunger he steps back. In his weakened state was caught slightly off guard by the arm grab and oddness of being injected with Spider-Cides blood with no signs of a syringe could this one be like Venom. Looking face to face with Spider-Cide he holds back. He sees Spider-man go in like a hero fighting the Vampyre's.

"You stop...Wait don't...Spider-man, I can't.... Just then a feeling of power and rage comes over him, his blood lust is taking over and he can't even stop it at this point. Possibly by the blood from Spider-Cide it is making him lose his mind. He is still looking into Spider-Cide eyes in front of him. He now uses his Mesmerism power." Go kill them!!!"

He breaks free from the Spider-Cide (With a hard punch if hypnotize does not work for some reason. Note Morbius is at full power.) The cop named officer Duffy approaches Morbius and starts firing garlic Tranq at Morbius. Morbius dodges the first as the second one hits him. He just shook off the tranq like it was nothing. He lets off a scowl as a few more come at him. Morbius snatches the tranq out of the air and throws one at officer Duffy, the other at the Gwen clone.

Morbius loses control and he is at all time levels of peak power, He is juiced up and crazy. He sets his sights on the deli. He glides at a high rate of speed through the wall. Using Spider-man's vampire distraction, also other distractions he gets to the deli easily, everything happening so fast. "It's Morbin time!! The Hunger... Oh, you guys like to have your way with women do you, traffic them, other things. Now you will all die horrible deaths!!!" Morbius spots one guy almost dead from a bite in the far-left corner by the shop owner who is scared to death. Then he grabs one of the armed men and throws him into a deli slicer. Grabbing the man's hand he begins to slice the man's finger off as crimson blood squirts out.  "You are lucky, it's just your finger." A few of the bad men begin shooting at Morbius. He steps a side and kicks a large metal table at the bad guys. He turns back around grabs the bleeding guys right arm and breaks it.  " You are low... one of the lowest scums on earth. Two hundred and six bones in the body give or take, I'm just getting started."

Spider-Man barely had wrapped up the situation with the civvies and was looking for the crooks who ran inside the deli when his Spider-Sense blared a king sized warning of danger. He looked up sharply just as something caught his ear that made his heart go into his throat.

"WAIT! YOU DON'T KNOW WHA - -"

Too late. Morbius consumed Spidercide's blood. Spider-Man's own genetically altered blood had already been a roulette of chaos where Morbius was concerned over the years, but adding an even further mutated clone into the mix? The results were - -

" Go kill them!!!"

Crap.

"MORBIUS!" cried Spider-Man but too quick, the police were firing tranquilizers at Morbius. Big mistake. His Spider-Sense guided him towards Joyce. He dived and pushed, getting her out of the line of fire and barely catching the dart that Morbius chucked with his own enhanced speed and reflex. Thank goodness it wasn't a bullet. He made a quick look to see she wasn't harmed and that was when Morbius went on the attack again. He had entered the deli in the distraction. He whirled about at Spidercide.

"You and I will need to talk." He snarled at the reverse doppelganger, making sure to note that he screwed up BIG TIME.

Getting to his feet, he bounded up and inside the deli and saw a horror show.

" You are low... one of the lowest scums on earth. Two hundred and six bones in the body give or take, I'm just getting started."

"No, Michael, you're done!" cried the webslinger and fired two quick weblines right into his back and yanked him hard. Michael was at a disadvantage indoors and in cramped spaces, but he could not risk further harm, even to the idiot crooks.

Joyce grunted as she was pushed forward. She looked at Spider-Man and let out a deep sigh and a reluctant nod of appreciation. Credit where credit was due he did just save her and Duffy. that being said it still didn't change her personal feelings for him and she was quick to look back to Spidercide once he got up to aid her.

Meanwhile Spidercide covered ther lids of his eyes when Morbious tried to hypnotize him. Part of him wanted to just stair Morbius in the face and then Punch him in it. He figured he had enough willpower to resit. at the same time it was better to be safe than sorry. he then felt himself get thrown back and collide with Joyce. 

"Are you ok?" Spidercide asked. Joyce nodded and both Joyce and Spidercide helped her to each other to their feet.

Spidercide looked to Peter and was about to say "Thanks" only to stop when Peter said.

"You and I will need to talk."

*and the good vibes are gone, of course.*

He started to get tense when Joyce touched his shoulder. "Hey, like you said worry about him later."

As Spider-Man went after The Living Vampire, Joyce looked to Spidercide. "Up to you, want to go after him or..."

"and leave you behind to defend yourself if they wake up? Besides, Spider-man is going to hate me either way. If I help him he'll accuse me of getting in his way and making things worse. If I don't help him I'm a coward that doesn't deserve the costume I'm wearing because with great power  comes great responsibility and bla bla bla..."

But then Spidercide thought about it, He couldn't help but wonder what the likes of Carol Danvers or Captain America would have thought. but the truth is he didn't have to. through Peter, he knew exactly what they'd say.

"still...*sigh*...if something happened to an innocent. I'd beat myself up for who knows how long. and it's not like I have anything to lose. I can duplicate myself and fight the battle on two fronts....You know what? Shock it! The webhead can hate me all he likes. If it's the right thing to do it's the right thing to do. I don't give a dang what he thinks."

He used his molecular manipulation powers to create a double of himself that way he could both protect Joyce and go after Morbius.

"Shock it?" Joyce asked. she had heard some substitutes for curse words in her time but using the word shock in place of the F word was a new one.

"An expression I learned from another Spider-Man...one from the future."

Joyce's mouth was agape as one thought ran through her mind *How many Spider-Men are there?*

Swinging into the Deli, Spidercide noted Spider-man sending two webs to Morbious's back and yanking him hard. Spidercide then followed suit by sending dozens of webs toward Morbious at once trying to wrap him up in a cocoon ironically like how a spider would do to a fly, ironic given that Morbious was the one actual bloodsucker in the room.

"Sorry Morbi, I'm done being coerced into taking orders. The only ones I serve are those I care about! If I fight Spider-Man it'll be because of MY OWN bones to pick with him, and believe me, I've got plenty!"

Spidercide had one advantage that the OG Spider-Man did not have. Spidercide's webs were a part of him. He mentally pictured the webs around morbious as his own hands and squeezed hard trying to hold Morbius in place. he then looked to his twin "Brother" template, and rival.

"Don't know how long I can hold him." He told Spider-Man. "If you're going to take your shot you better make it quick."

Morbius

"This is ...What the..."

Morbius has been fighting the urge to kill with every last part of sanity he has left. Two quick web lines right into his back caught him off guard and thrusted him back into a barrel roll shear force cutting off the webs in the process. As Morbius was rolling backwards towards Spider-man dozens of webs came towards Morbius. Out of the three bad men stuck under the table one of them had his legs crushed as the other two bad men injured squirmed out with some large cuts and bruises. The bad men opened fired what bullets they had left at Morbius rolling backwards two bullets penetrating his left arm and out the back. Morbius was hit in the left arm almost simultaneously with webbing that begin wrapping around his arm like a cast, he dodged some of the webbing but most of his left side was covered in webbing mainly his left arm. Morbius noticed a second Spider-cide outside. The almost dead guy was now turned right next to the store owner as he begins going for the owner.

"Don't know how long I can hold him."


Morbius was almost helpless struggling to move but managed to come up with something fast. He waited for the exact moment to change up playing possum ready to use his free hand to free him up enough hoping to catch Spider-man with a counter kick if he came in close enough. Either way it was time to react trapped mostly inside, he made a desperate unorthodox lunge for the exit with the store owner distraction, throwing a knockout punch with his cast like arm towards Spider-cide who just showed up before, he really had a slight chance to react. If completely successful, he will grab an unconscious Spider-cide and take off outside or just move to a open area. If not, he will keep trying to fight his way out the entrance to open area with a series of claw slashes with is right arm while his left is just basically a blunt object weapon at the moment like a rabid animal. Knowing he might have to fight both of them at the same time he is ready to fight.

"Morbius, will kill you all. The end is near, the death beckons you!!"

Crap.

Spider-Sense gave him ample warning to know Morbius was not as helpless as he seemed and any momentum for a full powered punch was lost. Morbius' kick did not hit full flush - not even close - but it did enough to have Spider-Man change direction and towards the ceiling. While he prepared for his next attack, that was when the gunfire ripped into Morbius' back. Spidey wheeled about and saw the two muggers from outside. And then he saw the store owner buried underneath the countertop that was cracked in half, in need of a hospital.

*THWIP! THWIP!*

Two web balls gummed up the firearms.

"Fellas! Save it for the range!"

The second it took to disarm crooks however allowed Morbius to scramble for the exit while taking a swing at Spidercide. Considering the clone could multiply and was as stretchy as Reed Richards, he questioned if Morbius could even harm the clone doppelganger. It took three of, well, himself (God he hated this clone business crap!) to drop him the first time!

"Bold strategy, Cotton, see how it plays out..." he quipped before he could stop himself, and with that, leapt down to remove the debris from the old man. Oh crap, he's in rough shape! I've got to get him to a hospital and fast!

"S-s- Ss- Spid- -"

"-der-Man. Yeah. Hyphen and all. Look, sir, I need you to stay still, you are in bad shape,"

The man looked like he was going into shock. Spidey quickly ripped the debris away from him and turned to the criminals.

"Hey! Tweedledum and Tweedledee! Find a first aid kit!" he ordered.

The two gormless idiots pointed at themselves for a second before catching on that Spidey was referring to them. Spidey felt his eyes roll under his mask.

"Nobody reads the classics anymore..." he muttered under his breath and tried to keep the man's neck steady. His legs were broken, but he had to be sure there were no spinal injuries first.

Spidercide struggled to keep Morbius immobilized only to find his template turning the other way. *Are you kidding me?? Is he seriously going to make me take on Morbius my...* he thought to himself only to stop himself once he realized WHY Spider-man was turning the other way. The shop owner was buried underneath rubble, his legs were heavily pinned, The man needed a hospital otherwise he'd lose his legs or worse. 

*Ok, yeah fair enough, not going to fault you for that one*

Just then, Morbious broke from Spidercide's webbing. The Living Vampire seemed to go full-blown rabid dog/

"Morbius, will kill you all. The end is near, the death beckons you!!"

"Yeah no, I know Roberta, I work with Roberta, Roberta is a friend of mine, and believe me, she's not beckoning me to those pearly gates any time soon."

Spidercide to split once more creating another duplicate of himself. that made for 3 Spidercide's total, he had hit his limit of how many of himself he could keep stable without issue, anymore and the clones would become more and more unstable. 

"Alright Morby...you want to get nuts?" he did the "Come on" gesture. "let's get nuts." 

Meanwhile back with Joyce things were getting rather dull.


Anytime the vampires got up Spidercide would web them up and Joyce and Duffy would sedate them with a dart.

"You are a tricky one Spider-cide."

Morbius was totally caught stumped. He can't do nothing to this clone nothing worked but how is this possible. Spider-man fled in the distance. He knew objects like water and blood, so he needed a plan quick. He didn't want to resort to killing Spider-cide, but it was the clones fought and now others might die because of Morbius losing his control. He was doing the math there was no way he didn't hit Spider-cide even a glancing blow, but it happened. He even almost ko'ed Spider-man before with a punch like that. He had been holding back slightly trying not to kill but the hunger and the anger has completely reached a boiling point.


"Impossible, how did I not hit you? I do not want to kill you. Spider-cide, I can't control myself at all now... please...please stop me before I kill anyone!!! You're beginning to really piss me off clone. Very well your no match for me. I'm faster and hit harder than you both...Three is a bit ridiculous, what's a matter you have no spine. Fight me like a man, you did this to me, put me in this pain. Morbius... will destroy you, enough... pain is about to come for you all. Time to slice and dice you up into peace's see if you can come back from that."

Morbius rips off the cast and the remainder of the webbing with his claws out and fangs out ready to fight. Realizing it is possible his supernatural like powers could harm Spider-cide but he would have to catch him off guard because he can solidify and go for his weak points but three of them almost very little chance. He moves at full speed almost look like he teleported in a blink of an eye behind the closest clone copy #1 ripping at his neck with his now free left hand going for his jugular followed by a swipe to Spider-cide copy #1 left Femoral artery trying to immobilize the first copy, then ducking quickly going in for the second clone copy #2 with a dive and claws out trying to bite down on him. He notices in the fray the vampyres in the distance getting up like they were be commanded or some type of a hive mind from a nearby large building.
