Alright, my Name is Steve Harmon. The main point of this series of files to accurately report my experiences and take notes for the project.
Day 1: I was accepted into SHIELD. The reasons may be political convenience, but I'll be damned if I get nowhere from here.
Day 15: People are disinclined to trust me, calling me a "cape" just loud enough for me to hear, but quiet enough for them to deny. Freaking figures. Ah, well. I show them soon enough.
Day 23: Was advised by psych to take a week's leave. Half-way through, I met "Neko." Shes an heiress to Savage family's considerable estate, and nice to look at. Still, I had to turn her down. She already knew a lot about SHIELD, and I need to know what I'm approaching here.
Day 24: Discussed my current problems with Hill. She's no happier with political BS than I am. I start real training soon enough, so I have the opportunity to earn my badge.
Day 27: Start training, including a part-time field placement. Aptitude and personality tests, combined with my bachelor's in psychology
, led to my placement with the profiling team.
Day 30: We've got one hell of a case. Someone has been attacking SHIELD bases, with a Modus Operandi modeled loosely after the Black Widow. Unfortunately, we are not cleared to handle her files, so we're having to improvise heavily.
Day 40: After more attacks, more information has been gathered. The Target refer to herself as "Lena," and is likely of Central Russian descent. She was a former associate of Natasha. I need to interview her to get a bigger picture here.
Day 46: Damnit. A missile silo in Ukraine scheduled for disarmament has been hit by Lena. We'll have to try and control the situation. Given my indestructibility, I'll probably have to throw myself in the line of fire while the big boys do their thing.
