As for part 1, totally down with having Silk run against them, especially if Kraven's involved. She's going to be looking for round two with him.
If you need a temp villain, I'd be down with playing one of Spidey's villain's if no one else is. Wouldn't mind playing someone like Mysterio, Sandman, etc. Just let me know!

So the Carrion Virus is, to start off with, cool. The use of it, on the other hand, has some big downsides.
First off, of course, is in what way does it help Osborn? It seems to be suggested he's the one placing the bombs, since he's being impeached for it, so why would he be placing them? There really is no solid way in which I can see the carrion virus being beneficial for him.
Secondly, there's no good way to stop it. Even in the comics, 'sound' being the answer, is pretty contrived, and there it's transmitted through Peter's webware, something that doesn't exist onsite. Are there ways to transmit to people without the webware? Absolutely, but again, it's still a pretty contrived solution.
It would be cool to be a way to change up Kaine's story, sure, and I can see wanting to move forward with Norman's, and having him be president forever isn't a good way to go, I'm just sure where or how the carrion virus fits into all this.

Crow
It's not a Mechromancer fight against Tech Suit fight. Crow's a soldier who barely uses his Mechromancy in a fast paced fight most of the time. That's an infiltration tool, or one used to control his own weapons.
This is a fight between the weapons each has available and the defenses each have built in.
The Iron Spider suit comes with built in kevlar capable of defending against small caliber weapons. Crow's desert eagle doesn't have a hope here. His kusarigama and sound rifle are going to function just fine against the suit, though, with his bike working just as well. He has strength and speed to go toe to toe, with vastly superior endurance.
When it comes to suits, they both basically have the same exo-system, with Crow and Patrick both being able to repair their suits but not really themselves. Unfortunately for Patrick, his body is squishier than Crow's.
Scarlet Spider has mobility with his waldoes, wall-climbing, and web-slinging on Crow, and that'll make it a tough fight for sure, but he's not exactly able to take advantage of any of Crow's weaknesses either.
Crow's biggest worry in the fight is going to be getting webbed up but his suit's ability to generate blades to slice through the webbing, and his ability to mentally control his kusarigama, should be enough to keep that from being a serious issue for him.
Crow's better trained, and better built. It's not Spider-man in that suit, and it's not an Iron Man suit he's fighting. It's a lesser version of both.

It's a cute idea I know Sylvie's definitely looking for help learning her powers, and while Blade may not be the best person for most of them, he could definitely help her learn how to fight a bit and even using her simulated enhanced abilities.
